Jennifer has been especially accommodating, knowledgeable, personable and she sincerely appears to make an effort to anticipate your needs. I was impressed with the condition of the apartment and I’m also impressed with the availability of staff to assist with questions. Most apartment complexes will reroute to an offsite call center fairly often, but for the past few weeks I’ve called several times and been immediately answered by a leasing agent or property staff every time!

Jennifer was amazing. All the camden staff are professional, proactive, and friendly. Jennifer reached out to me and handled me lease renewal in a timely manner. She asked me about any concerns, and made me feel welcomed.

My car was broken into and all the tools for my work and a large ladder from the top of the car were stolen. I don't know how it's possible to live safely in this apartment complex when cars are hacked every week and there has even been a break into the apartment. And the most interesting thing is that cars are always hacked inside the parking lot.

The manager Aline is amazing and a great fit for this apartment complex. She has really made sure everything is taken care of and the residents feel at ease. The maintenance team also does a phenomenal job. Love living here.

I'd preface it with, they have resonable price and a great location, but I'd also say that I've been with them for 2 years. And I WOULD NOT LEASE WITH THEM AGAIN. There are car break-ins seemingly every month. We as residents complain constantly but we have no improvement to this situation. I've had many many instances where the internet went down when I was working from home and we are charged over $100/month for the internet. I've also had an instanance where there were multiple break-ins into the apartment just two - three doors down mine. Everytime I hear a knock on my door, I worry if I'm gonna get broken into. And that's not how you'd want to live. So please do yourself a favor and look someplace else. There are plenty of great communitoes nearby!!

The Camden Heights Team are incredibly friendly people who were more than accommodating to my move-in needs. I appreciate the Team's efforts, especially Scott's, for ensuring I had an easy and smooth move-in experience from my previous apartment. The apartment complex is well kept, and the quality of my living space is worth every penny. The community here is cordial and provides and maintains a Community Activity website where residents can share posts with their neighbors. All in all, I am happy with my decision to move here, and cannot thank Scott and the Team enough for helping me through the process.

I've only been living here for a couple of days, but the apartment is beautiful. I had an awesome experience with Scott when finding my apartment and signing my lease. I needed to find a place quickly, and Scott was incredibly kind and helpful. He has also been super responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. Scott and Maira (spelling?) were also incredibly helpful when I moved in. I stupidly did not realize my moving trailer would need to spend the weekend at Camden Heights (I moved in on a Friday) and couldn't be picked up same day until a couple of days before move in. Maira worked so hard to make sure I had a place to park it and would be able to move in on the correct day, despite my own screwup in not informing Camden Heights early on about the trailer needing to be there for a few days. The apartment is gorgeous and quiet (I was worried about noisy neighbors because I am studying for the bar exam but have had zero issues!). It's the perfect amount of space for a young person or young couple. I haven't had a single bug despite having the door open much of the day yesterday to move in. Everything looks great!

We have lived in Camden heights two times now we loved the neighborhood so much the first time that we planned to move back in as soon as we returned to Houston. They have also been extremely flexible with our move in date. We were not able to move in on the agreed upon date because of the stay at home order in March 2020, and they allowed us to take the correct safety precautions and move in later. Thank you!

I haven't lived at Camden since 2015. I mistakenly had a package delivered there to my previous apartment - which is now vacant. I called to try to track down the package and Scott went out of his way to go to my former unit and collect the package for me so that it can be retrieved. He was very helpful and responsive. People like Scott can make the difference between loving where you live and hating it. Thank you, Scott!
