I lived there for 2 years. May 2023 to May 2025. As others have stated, getting maintenance to your apartment was huge problem. I had a leaky a/c from the time I moved in. But that’s just the beginning. It was like wild Wild West. I had to deal with roach issues, gnats, the leaky a/c, and leaky patio door. Whenever it rained I had to put a bucket to catch the rain coming in through the top of my patio door. I informed the maintenance team, they did NOTHING about the patio door for the entire time I lived there. Then I also had to deal with a freaking possum crawling through the walls. I kid you not. I kept hearing scratching noises through the walls and even around the bathtub. I finally figured it out when I saw the possum crawl in through an opening on the outside of my apartment. I reported that possum issue 10 times. All they did was come out and spray some type of foam that was supposed to harden around the opening and keep the possum out. The possum came along and clawed right through it. I knew it was time for me to go when I couldn’t get anything done. What really made me get my --- in gear and move out was…I come out to go to work one morning and I find my car sitting on bricks. Thieves came in and stole all 4 of my tires. Apparently I wasn’t the only one who got hit that night. They didn’t get security until AFTER my tires were stolen. Oh btw, good luck on catching anyone in the office. Don’t even try calling the office. It’s always transferred to an answering service

Do not move here. For the last 4 or 5 months the water has been cut off 2 or 3 times a month, hours at a time. Sometimes we are not even notified until the water has already been off some hours. Pests, management pretend to care but they don’t. Many apartments over here have caught fire and none of them has been fixed yet and its been months. Too busy preparing for new tenants to move in, but those people don’t even know what they’re moving into. Steady getting the rub around on when the portal is going to be back up and running. They’ve been saying for the past 5 months, next month and it still has not happened. We paying all the extra charges for pest control and no one comes anymore. We’re paying all this money for no one wanting to do their job. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

These are the absolute WORSE apartments i’ve ever stayed in, especially to say they’re located in the medical center. New management is horrible and honestly the old manager was better than the piece of crap we have now. These apartments are completely horrible and needs to be demolished, the maintenance men barely ever fix anything and there’s no after hours maintenance team. All these people care about is rent. They are using generators because one building has been without power for over a week and it took for the residents to complain to the news channels for them to even consider the problem. They have roaches and flies, it is definitely not the price and I won’t even get started on the gun shots throughout the day.

This is truly one of the worst apartment complexes in Houston. Awful, low quality apartments, maintenance crew has stolen items out of apartments while making the issue they came to fix worse, the office staff is, at best, non-existence, at worst they will sit back while an apartment is flooded due to the idiocy of the upstairs neighbors activities and not help until they are on the clock (literally will not help even 5 minutes before the shift), and the after-hours emergency line rarely works. Additionally the complex has experienced multiple shootings both near and on the property. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

moved here 5 years ago for the easy access to the light rail, but I am so done with this place. only time I've ever gotten a prompt response to a maintenance issue was when when the maintenance guy happened to be in the office when I went in to complain. Thousands of dollars of damage to my car because they can't be bothered to fix the parking lot, and I got robbed at gun point IN the parking lot last week because the security gate doesn't work. If you're thinking of moving here, here's your warning DON'T.

We have HUGE safety concerns here. Car alarms going off all the time, this community is supposed to be gated but the gates are wide open 80% of the time and there is no one monitoring who comes and goes through the gates. The gas station and business area across the street is also a no go, stay far away! A few nights ago arguing and a shooting occurred directly outside of our bedroom, resulting in a bullet being shot through my car as well. They had NO IDEA this incident even happened today when they finally opened the office so I could go speak with them (3 days later) because apparently tenant safety isn't a concern, especially over the holiday weekend. We have inquired about getting out of the lease as it is not safe here (had to go to the office 3 separate times because they couldn't afford me 10 minutes to speak my peace and nicely ask to be let out as I am now terrified in my own home), they aren't keeping tabs on the safety of their residents, and they clearly have done nothing to remove the resident that was shooting in the parking lot considering they had no idea anything even happened (extremely concerning). Further, they did not address this occurrence to the community or do anything to amend the situation and help guarantee a safer complex.

My name is Taneisha Scott and I moved into 2111 Holly Hall in May 2021! I did the standard walkthrough, pointed out all the things that needed to be fixed/ replaced, provided pictures and nothing has been done! I have holes everywhere, old filters, broken cabinets, BACKED UP SEWAGE IN MY DISHWASHER, a huge hole in my stove, refrigerator sometimes freeze and sometimes don't, ceiling fan goes extremely slow in the Master bedroom forcing me to purchase and run 3 fans due to it being extremely hot in that room only, windows need new blinds and filters for the townhome, and something is wrong with my AC. The monitor or something needs to be replaced and AC UNIT NEEDS TO BE CHECKED OR CHANGED! All Management gives me is excuses that they are short of staff and the crew is busy! I literally just had pest control come two days ago! Remember my requests have been since May 2021! Now, today 9/22/21 I get a knock at my door to remove a door net because the owners are doing a walkthrough of the property! Excuse you, fix what needs to be fixed and do what your supposed to do for a paying NEW RESIDENT! I honestly don't know what else to do! ???? we are so unhappy!

I lived here and had a very horrible experience. The management is the worst. They do not care about their residents but money. Also, I had faced problems with packages going missing, roach problems, ant problems, rat problems, water leakage, no water etc. I would not recommend anyone moving here, not even my enemy.

Reasonable rent & the ladies in the leasing office are courtious especially Brandy who made my application & move in process a breeze. However, they can do better with securing the complex & finding a solution to the HORRIBLE ROACH PROBLEM that's apparently in all or most of the units.

I am currently living here and cannot move other places because of lease break and associated fees. I don't want to write a lot of things but if you want to stay in a living hell, you can come to Holly Hall. This is a -------- place with all the crazy ladies in the office having no accountability. Once you are in, you are doomed for mental breakdown.
