The students really make this place difficult to enjoy. Loud parties, they think they own all the common areas, and stupid garbage left around the place. If you have any maturity it's going to be a hellacious stay for you as you wonder why this can continue and not get dealt with.

I had driven in from San Antonio on Tuesday morning in a terrible rain and, after a bad experience at another apartment Risa brought me in the office and immediately explained the renter information. The apartment I was shown was great and her customer service was top-notch. Although I didn't wind up living here, it was my second choice based on the price, facilities, the fact that there's a gate with security and the customer service, specifically Risa. My gut told me that this was a nice place to live despite the fact that it's not exactly the greatest neighborhood, but the price for a one bedroom was fantastic: $705! I would recommend this apartment based on my experience. Brian

It's so simple: try other complexes in this neighborhood, not this one! They have the most unprofessional staff ever. I paid the damn fees TWO damn years ago and when I was moving out, they couldn't find any damn records in their stupid system and easily refused to give back my deposit money. They just know how to change their stupid system or their staff, not to improve their service. Those people in the leasing office even don't know how to talk to the residents. Totally dissatisfied! Out of the blue, they raise the rents and don't care about you. Avoid this complex!

These apts are very nice, very close too the medical center, Hermann park, fine restaurants, shopping areas, 2 minutes from 288 hwy, and 610 an also 2 minutes from the reliant stadium. These apts. has hard wood floor, nice spacious bedrooms, washer and dryer , very good lighting on the front porch, security guards, secure gates, trash pick up at your door, secure gate too the gym that has a bathroom in it, and a nice tv too watch while exercising, fire alarms outside your door,,apts checks periodically too make sure that everything is working, very very nice staff that is knowledgeable, kind and sincere, reasonable rent, water bill not to bad, water bill will depend on how many bedrooms you have , ceiling fans, central heat and air which is reasonable and also the best is that these apts ranked the 2nd BEST APARTMENTS to live at, come on by and lease one of these apts ,you will love it.

This complex is under new management and let me tell you, they have been OUTSTANDING and have only been here a short amount of time. Aubree is the most helpful and caring leasing agent I have ever met! She treats your apartment issues as if they were her own and makes sure things are done ASAP whether it's a light out or needing new blinds, it is always done within 24 hrs., but typically the same day! Bobby, the new manager, has been so great as well, you can already see so many changes around the property. I would highly recommend living here, you will not regret it, especially with this staff!!

Originally moved here because it was a great property in an area where me and my roommate felt very safe and was for a good price. What has blown me away the most about the property is the amazing staff! When we went to the office for any issue the staff was so friendly. Our awesome leasing agent Aubree treated our problems like they were her own and was very diligent about doing whatever she could to make sure the problem was resolved that day. Maintenance is super quick! I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Living here has been a fairly awful experience. This is maybe the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They tried charging me for days I didn't live here, at a higher rate than my rent actually is, and even tried to charge me a fee for paying a late fee if I didn't pay by the end of the day. The kicker is that they posted that on my door AT NIGHT. They come late and leave early, despite the fact that their work day isn't even very long. There have been at least two break ins in the last month. The staff has said nothing about it, but one neighbor who was robbed told me directly. The apartment itself is pretty nice (though expensive) but that is pretty much the only positive I can find.

My experience here overall has been fantastic. Staff is generally friendly and very helpful (with the exception of Adrian who is rude and unhelpful in addition to sending unnecessary emails to those of us who don't have packages waiting in office). My main complaint about living here is that there have been two burglaries in the past two weeks so it's becoming very unsafe to live here. Lighting can improve on grounds and management can take better steps to making it a safe place again.

This is a really great apartment. I lived here for one year and moved because I completed my work at the Texas medical center. The rents are reasonable for the area and the property is well maintained. My unit had a laundry unit. The staff are friendly and responsive to tenant needs and the maintenance people are great. Parking has never been an issue-- my wife and I always found spots for our cars under the covered car ports. The fitness center, while small (has 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 exercise bike, 1 stair climber and a set of free weights), is well maintained and depending on the hour you go isn't very busy. If you work a the Texas Medical Center there are shuttles that come by every hour during morning and afternoon/evening commute that can get you there. They pick up right in front of the apartment complex. You have to pay for them though via tokens that you can purchase through the apartment office. The apartment complex is really close to hwy 610 which I considered a convenience. You really do not hear the noise of the freeway. Crime was never an issue for me while living here. I've lived in a few cities in the US including Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Atlanta and Seattle and the crime in Houston in generally is on par to most major cities but not particularly bad near the complex. Hope this review helps.

I have been living here since 2011 summer, and I have to say so far so good. The location is very convenient. Close to 610S and 288. 10-15min drive to University of Houston, so we have many students living around. The management team did change during my stay here, but overall they are nice and helpful. The staff team gave really quick response to maintenance request, such as pest control (happened this summer, we saw small cockroaches), fan or light replace, clogged drain, etc. During the day, you can see staff walking around, remodeling some rooms, and they are really nice. I have been to a couple of other apartment complex around this area, mostly on holly hall. I think the price is reasonable based on the location and well-maintained property. I do hope they could give a discount to students though.
