I have had a great time so far. My one and only complaint would be the parking spots that are way too small. I have so many new dents and scrapes from people opening their doors next to my vehicle??..

I stayed at this apartment complex from 2018-2023. I moved to this complex because they have a 3 bedroom apartment. It was the worst mistake of my life. Management changes every 6 months. ----- was the manger at first and then ----- and they are both horrible mangers. The complex is not safe. The entry gate never works. People park their cars in visitor's parking space in front of leasing office and walk to their apartment across the street. Someone was killed in this apartment. I heard the gun shots ans inquiry to the leasing office about it. Apartment never told anyone until I saw it in a neighborhood app. People sell drugs here and they will steal the tires off your car so be prepared. The rent isn't the problem but the water bill is. They will turn the water off from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. I felt like I was staying in a goat. apartment. My water bill was always over 100 and that was just for me and my 5 year old. The highest I paid was 300 but I have paid 200 on a couple of times and they blame the city. Please don't move here!

To improve 1- cleaning of the hallways and stairs, 2- Pool always closed, 3- gym in poor condition, 4- Large water bills, 5- slow maintenance, 6- managers and staff do not help you at all generic answers You have no choice, 7 - the staff and manager changes frequently 8 - it never occurs to them to refer anyone because they don't give the bonus they promise, if you go to the office they tell you that the company is responsible; and if you write to the company because they don't answer the phone they tell you go to office 9 - for the same price you can get a house if you add to the cost of the rent all the small bills that they make mandatory for 2x2 it reaches 1750 without electricity or wifi.

This apartment complex changed management companies in May 2022. Now all of the negative Google reviews have mysteriously disappearing and this complex is racking up about 5 positive reviews on Google per day . (Probably bots.) This is highly suspect considering all of the issues this apartment complex has. There used to be many VALID negative reviews on Google along with pictures to back up the complaints. Now everything is gone. And if you post a negative review now, it will come up missing in less than a week. If you want the truth, you will need to come here or get on some other forum that the management company cannot censor. These are the issues that have been censored from Google reviews. (1.) Unreliable valet trash, despite being charged $27+ a month for it. If you don't see this $27 charge, it's probably because they heard from somebody's lawyer. (2.) Trash overflowing out of the dumpsters and out in to the parking lots with flies everywhere. Two pictures were posted on Google, but now they are gone. (3.) Too few speed bumps in the parking lot. And the few that exist are worn down and crumbling. They have ZERO effect on people speeding through the parking lot. And yes, people speeding in the parking lot is a very real issue there, but I don't think anything will ever be done about it until someone gets seriously hurt or worse. (4.) Parking is somewhat of a nightmare. The parking lot is packed and the spaces are tiny. If you drive a big truck you will have your work cut out for you. If you pay for a reserved space, you will often come home from work to find someone in your spot. (5.) Your rent WILL go up by a minimum of $75 - $100+ every time your lease expires. No exaggeration. (6.) On top of your rent, you will be charged SIX additional fees that will total no less than $70.00. Base Water, Water, Sewer, Trash, Drainage, Pest Control (7.) Customer servivce is far below standard for a complex that charges what they do. Poor follow-up on just about every issue. Out-of-site means out-of-mind. It's like pulling teeth to get the simplest thing done. (8.) The staff is young, and not nearly experienced enough to deal with a complex this size. You won't find any of this on Google, because the new management company is begging Google to take the bad reviews down. Or they are flat out lying to Google and stating that the reviews are fakes posted by their competitors.

Don't move here if you value your peace of mind and serenity of your home. All the dog owners are always leaving their dogs in the patio barking all day; all night. That shi*t will drive you nuts. And the barking with definitely mess with your mental health, imagine hearing barking continuously. I never knew constant dog barking could be that horrible until when I experienced it at Gramercy apartment. And management wont do anything about it, know this and know peace.

I saw the tenant complaint from 2013 about the towing and it has not gotten any better in 2022. If I allow someone to park in my reserved spot, I should not have to worry about them being towed. Even with new management, they still allow tow drivers access to come in and tow a vehicle. I didn't complain so why was the car towed. They are now charging $95 for the garages that are not be heavily used. They should just remove the garages and make the spaces Reserved Cover. That can help eliminate the lack of tenant parking.

First of all, this apartment has brought me nothing but frustration. Noise all the time, you cant even get a proper sleep without interruption. Is either all them crazy dogs owners leave the dogs at the patio barking, the -------- will be busy throwing parties every weekends with loud music, like seriously who does that? The management is wack, we had complained so many times with no solution. Things are not fixed in the units even if you report a million times. Parking is super horrible, having a reserved still wont solve parking issue, you will come back home meeting different vehicles parking on your spot, and when you complain, people at the front office always shrugged it off like its nothing, should I go on and on and on? This apartment is complete joke. I do not recommend unless you want to be frustrated.
