Sewage all over the walkways for weeks. Roaches and rats. Black mold. The pool wasn’t drained after a little girl drowned, if you swim there you’re in the same water. They don’t care about the quality of life or the safety risks. Don’t expect to have water 24/7. It gets cut off without warning often. I’d rather die than come back. This place is evil, screw the parent company that owns this place.

I had an after hours emergency. Rafael came and fix the toilet, changed a part. Got rid of a annoying noise from the vent in the bathroom! Very polite, and works fast. Very nice guy. Now if Hudson at Westchase can get these walls exterminated to get rid of these DAM ROACHES! That would be great!

Have been living at the Hudson for three years now. Everything was exceptional until new management came. 1) they removed the gate code from the gate, making it impossible to receive food delivery or for any of your guests to get inside. 2) we have had roach INFESTATIONS and rats and had to take matters into our own hands. When we did catch a rat we asked maintenance to sweep it into his large dustpan and instead of just sweeping it up and taking it to the dumpster, he smushed it and left blood everywhere for us to clean up. 3) the leasing office does not answer the phone, but they are quick to call you every week asking for money (DURING A PANDEMIC). The man in the front office is very unprofessional with the way he talks to us. He knocked on our door one day and our guest opened the door. He spoke to OUR GUEST about our rent issue KNOWING that there are only two girls living in this apartment. 4) Our doors do not close all the way because the floor is on a slant. The AC only works in certain areas of the apartment. 5) I've complained about mold in my closet. Maintenance came and said they had to send someone else to resolve the issue. Nobody ever came. The price is good, yes. Would I recommend this place to anyone? Absolutely not.

I Honestly don't know where to start about these apartments. By looking on the website you would think that the apartments look the way that it shows the pictures online which is totally false advertisement. Everything in the apartment is poorly put together & I mean that very strongly. The people that comes to fix everything can't do there job because everything is half done for a illusion. My first month here I had to put in a work order a million times just so they could fix what they wanted which is never really fixed. The paint on the wall turns black in my bedroom like something is burning inside the walls so you can see it through the cheap paint hopefully nothing catches fire. I'm so tired of coming outside and the trash looks like a damn junk yard very disgusting to look at. I'm a handy woman & I have to literally fix so many things on my own because they choose to fix what they want. I live here so why should I have to provide things & fix things that should already be done & fixed properly? The apartments are roach infested but I fixed the problem sorta. The doors aren't fully wood it's very cheap. The paint job is cheap. EVERYTHING is so cheap for the price that they charge for these apartments. My patio doesn't have a lock which makes me feel unsafe. I can't wait to move these are the worse apartments ever.

The trash is always backed up. When they empty the dumpsters they just fill it up immediately with all the trash that was sitting in front of it, then more trash piles up in front of the dumpster again and blows around the parking lot. You have to continuously call to get things fixed, then they are usually still don't get fixed correctly. The building is terrible the door locks fine but does not seal well to hold in the AC. Also the window and sliding glass door is cheap although they do lock just fine, they do not hold in the AC. There were missing electrical wall plates when we moved in. Management at the office does not like it when you call. The resident portal makes it hard to make payment and submit service requests. The resident portal very often returns 50x errors from browser requests, although the user interface is intuitive. The laundry card machine takes cash but doses't give you a card, so you still can't use laundry machines after paying to use them. Random people store cars in the parking lot and come here to work on them. After all this, it's not even cheap to live here. We pay about $800 a month for this.

I've lived at this apartment for a year now and overall it's decent. The property is currently under new management so I cannot currently speak as to there hasn't been any major changes yet. However, when the property was under Trinity, my maintenance request was usually resolved with 1-2 days. I had an issue with my AC last summer and needed a new part ordered which took 2 days and although it was irritating I understood they had no control over that. Luckily I stayed with a friend. I had another issue with my toilet overflowing, that was fixed within a few hours. The noise is a little less than moderate but bearable. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. My biggest issue living here is my neighbors. We have valet trash and if its not bagged and tied they will not take it. They constantly leave trash out untied and it always spills over and the squirrels always go through it. Also they argue sooo much. It something every week. They yell and scream at all hours of the day and night . I have complained to the office before and will let the new management know but if nothing changes soon, I will be forced to take another route of action. Our laundry room on my side has no trash can so people leave lint and other things all over the laundry room. All of these things aren't major and can be easily fixed otherwise, the apartments are decent and reasonably priced. As stated, I will be talking with the new management soon!

This community is a quiet, conveniently placed property. The office staff are diligent and show courtesy, even with my own issues regarding my apartment. Their service has been good so far and I am hoping for a peaceful and fair resolution to a few minor inconveniences.

I really don't have a complaint about the Manager , Elizabeth if I contact her with a problem , it is taken care of. I just hate these apartments, dog feces remain on sidewalk for days, my neighbors dump trash everywhere, valet trash does not always pick up on designated days. I came out this morning and couldn't walk down my sidewalk because the sidewalk smelled foul and they were feces and toilet paper on the sidewalk. I called Emergency line and I found out they were working on the line outside yesterday. They better clean it up and bleach the side walk. Why would they leave it like that. Nasty and they don't care. I hate these apartments and can't wait until my lease is up.

I went with my husband on a Sunday to inquire about their several floor plans. The entire street leading up to the gate has major potholes, and the gate was wipe open for anyone to come in and out. It was very hard to find parkinf near the leasing office, and the people walking around the complex looked questionable. We had a bad vibe but still decided to go in and ask. We were greeted by a gentleman who did not care to see us there, much less be of any help. Any question we asked was a short yes or no answer, without any explanation or useful advice. We asked to see a model of any apartment they had and he said "oh we don't have none", all this while never looking at us in the face, but staring at his computer the entire time. I said thank you, bye. And he just kept looking at his computer...never again! Now I know better to go with my gut feeling! If you're going to look at this property, go on the weekend so you can see it's true colors. Beware
