I've lived here since 2018. Its been a great experience with security and nearness to almost every store. Apartment is good . Environment is clean except that sometimes the dogs and the cat mess it up. Staff are nice and friendly. The manager is very nice too. My experience has been awesome. I do not intend to move out unless I upgrade to buying a house which I am trusting God for.

My only two complaints: 1. Was charged a last minute, never mentioned until right before signing my lease, non-refundable fee of $500 since I’ve never rented before. I have excellent credit and had a co-signer ready. That apparently didn’t matter. Wouldn’t have minded paying it if it was refundable. Since moving here, I’ve paid my rent before it was due. Really wish I could get the $500 back in the end. Also talked to other residents and no one has had to pay this and no one has heard of anyone else paying this..... 2. Too many stray cats. They are everywhere. The property smells like cat pee because of it. Too many people feeding them and they keep reproducing. It’s hard living here with a dog. Makes for very stressful walks. Other than that I love my apartment and my neighbors. Maintenance is great. Parking is decent.

Overall very welcoming environment, small events (often with free food) every few weeks which is really nice. The whole area has tons of great shops and restaurants nearby which I didn't expect at all. Maintenance team is generally responsive with most things, though sometimes communication wasn't quite clear on if things went through for stuff like pest control. Rent is reasonable, but there are certain things you're forced to pay for even if you don't want to like valet trash service (even though I could easily walk down one minute to the dumpster to throw it out myself and save myself $31/month), renter's insurance, and Xfinity Cable TV (I don't have/watch TV and I'm even charged separately by Xfinity in addition to this for the TV's "HD Technology Fee", which is quite annoying). Units are nice to live in. Built in washer/dryer which is convenient but it is a tad small. Have experienced some roach issues but your mileage may vary depending on what floor you live on.

I have to say that the property and staff have grown on me. I would recommend to ensure that you view your unit before finalizing. For me it was a little smaller than I expected, and the dryer is older than I would like. However, the staff provides constant communication for events, emergencies, etc. I was very pleased to see how they handled the recent ice storm. These guys truly do their best, and address concerns as best as they can. I also found that they are always answering the office phone, which I find to be rare at other communities. They take time to have events monthly sometimes even weekly. It’s a great location, with a metro stop in walking distance -poolside hotdogs - sweets - bingo. I’ve been here since Halloween and look forward to the event texts I receive. You have at least 4 major grocery options in the area. I could keep going - but I can finish by saying that I don’t have any regrets. A special thanks to ----- for letting me get on her nerves, and another thanks to Amanda whenever I can’t but ----- :) thanks!

With choosing to continue living in this apartment after my first year, I was taking the good with the bad. Staying for the things I like while having to deal with the things I don't like. And the bad things have overshadowed the good so I wont be staying here any longer. I do like the location that its in, its close to a lot of places, convenient. Although kind of small I liked the way my apartment looks on the inside. I like that the rent is not too high compared to the other places around and cable/internet is included which saves me the money and hassle of paying it separately. I liked some of the upgrades they made to the apartment. I also like the free events they organized for the residents, food can be a hit or miss. Now what I don't like is the noise. The walls and floors are very thin and you have some noisy people who are not considerate of others when it comes to keeping the noise down. I can hear what the people next to me are doing and vice versa. I'm not a heavy walker, but I know they can hear me walking in each room. When I'm in my apartment I can't relax if I gotta hear people talking loud, playing their music/tv loud and constantly slamming their doors at all times of the day. This has been an issue especially with the loser who used to live under me. There are times when my maintenance request have been ignored (or not fixed properly) and I also had to deal with one worker who was rude. Also some complaints ignored, they may think I complain too much, but hey I had a valid reason for each one. The office staff can be nice at but I had my issues with them before like one who simply didn't like me coming to the office to pay for rent with a money order instead of paying it online, and another messing up my balance even though I always paid the right amount on time. roaches are somewhat of an issue here too and you see a lot outside at night. Parking is another issue. Its limited and fills up very quickly, it can be hard to find a space at times, especially when it gets late. Some parking spaces are small, so there is a chance your car might be hit on the side. People here park any kind of way and also some like to drive fast through the parking lot. An annoying thing is that there are always cars parked in the front lot waiting and it can make it hard to back out or get into a space. There is some covered parking spaces-for an extra price per month and only good imo if you live in front or close to one. There also is crime around the complex, I've heard about apartments being broken into. I've seen multiple times cars on blocks and cars that were vandalized, and for the first time in my life my car was broken into, window shattered. This made me feel very violated and disrespected and its a major reason why I will not continue staying here and they wouldn't let me end my lease without having to pay the standard fee and waiting 2 months.

My stay at the Westchase Creek Apartment has been phenomenal; from the swift response received from the leasing office/maintenance team whenever there's a repair, to the clean/ ambient living environment. Also, I must commend Ms. Leila from the leasing office for being so incredibly nice, understanding and always available to lend a helping hand whenever.

I have been happily living at Westchase for 5 years now and love them so much that I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom recently. The complex is calm and most neighbors know each other because they have been here for years as well. You will find a lot of animal friendly neighbors here lol. The office staff is super friendly and attentive. Best part no roaches in the apartments:)! If your looking for a quiet, friendly, and very reasonable in price complex in a very good area in Westchase here is your new home!

I only have one month to live here. the maintenance staff is very effective the office staff is very friendly, the apartment is spacious, everything looked very quiet until June 8 that Somebody stole one of my cars that had parked in front of my apartment. Unfortunately there are no cameras to find out who stole it. If the robbery had not happened I would give them 5 stars because I feel comfortable in this place

I lived at alta verde from 2012-2019 and if not for being a victim of some crimes in that area, I would have loved to stay as a resident of alta verde. I absolutely appreciated maintenance staffing, I absolutely loved/appreciated the manager for my area, and my overall tenant landlord experience under the management of alta verde has been the best in my 45 years on earth. I've moved here into a much more expensive place and area, the quality of my expectation has been substandard. I've been here a week and already have a water leak in the guest bathroom, maintenance came 2 days after order and assessed the leak and never returned until today when the leak reached my neighbors under me. Wow, what a way to greet my new neighbors. I had to clean off the very dusty paint speckled top of the refrigerator. I've attempted to clean a very rusty paint speckled stove. I really like the area and energy of the other residents but thus far my tenancy is challenging at the least. I hope and pray this is the worst of my new home here with my westchase creek family. Ok now this is 4 days later after the second appearance of what they call maintenance crew. On Friday someone came looked in the bathroom where the leak is came out, I ask " is everything good? " maintenance man states " yes its good, if you have any problems call office ". Now Sunday night at 2000, my neighbor knocked on my door, I attempted to look through my peephole but the view through it is distorted, somethings wrong with my peephole, wow. But my nice neighbor invited me to come to his apartment to see how it rains in his closet everytime I use my shower. This is not good. NOT GOOD AT ALL. so now I'm paying for a two bedroom two bath but I cant use my shower. Wow. Please help me

This community is horrible I'm so glad I don't live here anymore, the y don't keep up with the apartments, is dirty mud and leaves all over, dog ----, robberies, hookers get pick up every day and drug dealers, this place is really trashy, you never find parking. I would have to park really far away from my apartment.
