Per CMS' offiice - A city inspector named Troy Garner did come by on Monday to look at the leak inside our pet park. He advised us that this leak was not a City of Houston line. I had a plumbing company come out and dig around to expose the leaking pipe. They dug approximately 6 feet to find that the leaking pipe is indeed a City of Houston fire hydrant line. The pipe looks like it has been repaired before and has a clamp. I have attached the pictures and a video of our findings.

Urgent! major main break causing out of water for 14 buildings
Leak is at the sidewalk and the grass. The location is at The Westchase Creek Apartment
Apartment is breaking down. There's cracks on the walls, paint is coming off, and the walls are separating. I live on the 3rd floor and it scary. Tried to contact management but haven't had and answer.

SR# 4120710 (closed report)due to not calling back. Stated he never received calls. Thinks its a violation, thinks it may be A/C has had issues at other apts with similar issues. Would like to be notified of what is going on. Worried for his safety. lives on 3rd floor, no one above him. Hears on walls of apt. He also stated that his feet are constantly being shocked on the floor.

Structural , there is a lot of vibrations and asking for expert to check if it safe in the complex.
The apartments are full of roaches and management have done nothing. the apartments charge $30 monthly for valet garbage and they don't pick it up.
