spoke with Ms. Alex 3 times regarding no hot water since yesterday morning. advised tenants there was an issue with the boiler. there is currently still not hot water.

there is a gate with handicap ramp on it blocked with chain//states its a hazard and people with wheel chairs can not get there states on hayes near the 25 richmond bus stop states complained befor about the chain on gate and they are doing it again
