NOT RECOMMEND! Don't move here unless you want the trouble or bad mood. Trash is everywhere in the property even they charges $35 monthly. The so-called valet trash actually didn't do their job. Every six to seven days I had to email to this , the trash service company, but without getting any further change. It's so frustrated that AGAIN AND AGAIN you getting trashing not collect. And the property manager here ( A male person) wasn't able to control it at all. What he did was telling me I didn't follow the police. You had to pay money to buy trash bag instead of other bags.... a lot of "you have-tos". Small bags weren't allowed. So trash person don't have to collect it. See the picture. So ridiculous! But I wasn't told these before I signed the leasing agreement. Even on their valet trash flyer nothing mentioned about the bag size. I wouldn't move here with an expensive service without getting service at all if I knew these. Now this property manager didn't control the party who get the money, he only control the party who pay the money. SO IMCOMPETENT! He doesn't appreciate the expensive money I pay. I only moved in this property two months, and so far my trash didn't get collect has already happened six times.

A lovely place for family; clean, serene and very calm. Lovely environment for kids and pet friendly too. The amenities such as the pool, gym and basketball court are well maintained. The management is very cordial, professional and often go out their way to accommodate tenants' concerns..

I’ve been a resident for 6 years here and have seen changes throughout my time. Originally the property was 5 stars with regards to everything. Management switched and things started to decline but there’s been a positive turnaround recently too. This place is close to work, in a good area, and overall people are nice.

Team members are responsive, personable and down to earth. It's a gem of a property in a great location close to the med center. Townhomes have attached garages with a ton of storage. Love living here!

I think the best compliment I can give the apartment complex is that I am very comfortable here. I've lived here for over 6 years, changed apartments once, and have been very happy. I gave three stars to the "Safety" aspect of the complex because it can be difficult to maintain perfect security without a guard constantly on duty. I understand there is a police officer who lives on the premises who can be alerted in case of a problem, which is nice to have. The location of the complex is great, easy access to anything you might need and it is a reasonably safe area.

Our experience here so far has been great. I have submitted 3 work request and the maintenance guy Matt does exceptional work every time. The staff here are always courteous and friendly. Love it here!

There are a lot of dog owners that don't pick up after their pets. This causes some areas on the first floor to stink. It would also be nice to get the hallway floors cleaned as some of them look in pretty bad shape.
