Public health and property trash violation at the Estates at Bellaire. This is a repeated offense that I have complained to property management about since March 2023. this is an o going public health code violation
Someone has drilled into the side of Bldg 3 (outside of apt 3101), run a wire up to the second floor, along the ledge of the building, around the side of the building to the front of the building and attached it to an air conditioner. This is clearly a building code violation. The attached pictures show the sequence of the wire. building code violation
For several months the trash in the dumpster / large compactor at the Estates of Bellaire has been piling up on weekends. This is a health hazard.
