Thanks for not telling us who live here yall changed parking policy and got my friend registered vh towed who has visited me since July 2025 with no problems. 300.00 down the drain for doing as I was told when I moved in. Oh we did get the message about $5 charge per cigarette outside and we don’t even smoke cigarettes. What a rip off paying 1400+ a month

When the previous Manager was there it was a true blessing , and a delight , Now I’m not sure who see what they have put in there but , it’s the most unprofessional and Nasty people ever , They are a rip off in every way they over charge you for everything, I moved out due to a Family member dying of Cancer , and they put a 8,000.00 charge saying that I owe this , I moved out 1 month Prior , this Complex and The Management team will soon go under , Because the God I serve will see to it !!!!!! I Noo have an investigation open and Dealing with other Legal actions due to their FALSE Balance. I’m telling you THEY ARE FAKE !!! And I will not stop until Justice is served !!!!! Do not move here !!!!

My best friend and I lived here from 2012-2014. I honestly never had any issue. The staff were always friendly to us, I felt safe, and the price and location were just unbeatable. Once we did have a problem with roaches because of the people above us but they sent pest control very often. Loved the sliding glass door Patio and the huge walk in closet.

This apartment complex is absolute trash. The staff are all terrible and quite mean, and never helpful. Whenever I called them the best response I got was "sorry I'm too busy gotta go" and they would hang up. Often it was them being salacious and mean spirited for no reason. Absolutely terrible on top of poor security and loud neighbors with no action from the staff on that part.

l really like living at Harvest Hill. I have been here since 2014. I love the big trees! I can sit on my porch and watch the squirrels run and jump around. Its so relaxing. I have no complaints. They fix everything quickly and all the people that work there are polite and helpful.

I have lived at Harvest Hill for 2 years. I really like it here! The trees are so big and the squirrels are so fun to watch! I sit out at the pool and relax, perfect after a working all day. My neighbors are very friendly and quiet. The fix any problems quickly. Everyone who works there seems really nice. They always have some kind of snack in the office.

I have lived at Harvest Hill for going on 3 years. Love the location! So close to my work in the med center. my only complaint is sometimes my neighbor is a little loud on their porch but they eventually go inside. The fix it man is really nice and always comes really fast to fix whatever issue I am having!

if you would like to lose everything valuable you own by the trash humans that break in to this complex all the time do not move here. The office takes ZERO responsibility for the security of the grounds. Gate code never changes, and is the same for everyone. No security, no cameras, no accountability, and no mention of making improvements once i notified them of my break in.

Plz don't let the price and photos fool you this complex is horrible I'm considering just walking away and most definitely never looking back the office staff is horrible and rude and don't take your concerns real nor either important. I watched some guys actually tried to break into cars in the front parking lot in nothing was done ? no warning from office staff to me witnessing what happened they don't have security at all so plz don't let them tell you that they a old --- courtesy officer that will do nothing to unwanted guests this complex is not safe nor have cameras to keep you protected plz think twice about your safety before leasing

Do. Not. Live. Here. The old saying is, " You get what you pay for," and that is absolutely true of harvest hill. This is a trash apartment complex with trash staff and management. They steal your money at move-out and at any other opportunity when they can. They have an outdated payment system and they consistently run late. If younstay here you will find miscalculations and missing money to be frequent occurrences. When it rains(which it often does in Houston) the grounds become saturated and the walkways are like rivers. The foundation is bad. There are cracks eveerywhere and you can feel depression in your apartment even on the 2nd floor. People's places are frequently broken into and their wheels are stolen from their vehicles. We highly suspect that our aprtment had mold but that complaint was brushed off. The laundy facilities they are overheated, unsecure, and overpriced. I gave the neighborhood 3 stars because of the location but I assure you you can find other apartment complexes that are better managed, better for your health, and a better use of your money.
