Horrible service horrible people in the office they have no idea what they are doing they do not care about anything you try to explain to them manager very short with people they have moved all type of foolishness disrespectful kids they don't screen anymore they just move people with bad --- kids over you and tell you to call the police or she has to hear the noise what kind of joke is that? No problem solving skills what so ever it's a bad situation that's going to get worse by the day Do Not move here!! And they don't exterminate I have to buy spray myself if I didn't the roaches would pack me out and since they don't care and no one answers the phone we will just leave reviews until we move and trust I'm looking now! Don't Move Here for your own sanity!

If you like hanging out in the parking lot selling your drugs, Have multiply Pit Bulls. Don't mind trash everywhere. Love having your neighbors who are loud and multiple People staying with you not on lease, Or if you just love living like you in the ------ then this is the place for you. Management doesn't care one bit about you here. Things are slow to get fixed and the Roach act like they pay rent. No Security what so ever. Drugs are rampant here. If you complain you are the problem. Let's not talk about all the broke down cars taking up spaces. And just the level of noise. If you take pride in where you live please find another location.

The property USED to be up to MY Standards as far as living there. 6/09-12/2014. I resided at this particular location for 8 years. With the last two years of my stay there it became very ------, the management totally the FULLEST. (RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , AS WELL ,AS A DECEIVER) The Manager took me to court in 4/2016 for ALLEDGED unpaid rent from 11/ 2016. (Mind you that I renewed my lease in November of 2016, now how do you allow one to RENEW a lease IF one owe you rent ????????????) Simply bc I DIDN'T owe rent under NO Circumstances. She went so far as to TRY an evict me on that issue that SHE CREATED against me. DIDN'T WORK.....CASE WAS ...."DISMISSED".!!!!!! I moved out shortly after the court date being that you wasn't going to RENEW my lease for the upcoming year 2018. Upon expecting my deposit back of $352.00 out of $400.00. She's TRYING to charge me for the eviction process in which she lost in court in April of 2016. REMEMBER..THE CASE WAS DISMISSED. .. but yet she's TRYING to charge me for the eviction out of MY SECURITY DEPOSITS & also the PARCIAL rent that she ALLEDGELY claimed I owed. THIS IS A FORM OF RETALIATION, AS WELL AS A SCAM , SIMPLY BECAUSE SHE COST THE COMPANY MONEY BY FILING & LOOSING THE EVICTION CASE IN COURT. AS I STATED , TO HER IN COURT , NO WEAPON AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER.!! THIS MATTER WILL NOT END HERE , UNTIL I RETRIEVE JUSTICE...!!!! I'M GOING THROUGH "ANY" LENGTH TO RETRIEVE WHAT'S "RIGHTFULLY" MINE. !!!!! ISAAH THOMAS...APARTMENT ASSOCIATION.. CHANNEL 13 NEWS.. Let me start with the new management staff - incompetent at best. They have no idea what they are doing - but this is what happens when you hire a leasing agent to be manager. She is rude and talks down to you - and will find a way to evict you if you complain on her at the Corp office. You get notices on your door a week after the date. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone! They screen calls... maintenance requests are never done - unless they have a state inspection coming up otherwuse "they never got one" even though she was the one who took it. When maintenence does come they will pillage your fridge and help themselves to your sodas. Grounds look like crap day and night. The dumpster pick up got cut by a day so the dragon can get an extra noi bonus. best thing I did was move! Way too many kids playing football in the parking lot scratching cars up one got hit by a car cause they ran out in front of them. Again management Does Not Care! That is of course unless you have food stamps she can buy in lue of her paying your rent. .

Where do I begin? I've been living here since "2005"! Yes, that long. Almeda Park use to be great by for the last 3 years it has sucked. Maintenance has ALWAYS SUCKED they half do everything. And now there are two maintenance that don't speak English at all!! So you can't talk to them or explain anything to them. I miss Ms. Saxion she worked in the office and had everything in order. The new office workers suck! They are beyond rude and don't get anything done! It takes a month for them to give the maintenance men a message! And they are letting any and everybody move in. Almeda Park is now the ------/hood. So much noise all day everyday all night every night. Neighbors are so sorry, rude and loud. Trifling parents let their kids do anything sit on your car run up and down the stairs etc.. And you can't make a complaint at the front office bc they won't do anything. To save the best for last Almeda Park apartments are infested!!!!! Yes infested! Mildew, worms coming out of the walls. Flying bugs. The worst odor ever!!! They dye the carpet instead of being lazy and changing it the cabinets fall apart and they just glue it back together. I Haven't been in this unit for a year!! So if you're use to trashy , infected, broke down places please move to Almeda Park!!! Oh and don't let me forget the fact the these lil bad kids break into your mailboxes so they won't close and it will take the apartment months to fix it. I would give 0 stars but we have to.

The staff is very rude they steal they lie on tenant they stole the tenant washer dyer and sold I talking about the staff in the office they got fired that place went down hill me dew is in this tenant Appartment it is black I told her to go to the doctor in go get a lawyer and sued they asses they is no good housing need to pull their contract that place is a mess the coparte office is no better all they good for is covering up their dirt but the lord will punishes them.

There are no words. If it looks to good to be true it is. Everything that I have read in these reviews are the truth and I should know I lived there for 3 years. Homicide at the playground were kids are suppose to play. Very disturbing to have my under age son go Check the mail and come home to tell me he saw a dead man. Our home was broke in mid day and no one heard or saw anything when everyone in the area is home in the daytime because they don't work. One door so there's one was in and one way out. People that aren't suppose to be the property are the and management knows it and know it. Nothing gets fixed ever

Teens hang out all night and trash the place. Your power bills will be outrageous trying to heat and cool the place, the vents need to be professionally cleaned.. roaches everywhere and the younger kids steal off your patio's. If there is security there it would be a miracle they hide in the apts. Break ins constantly, murder a couple of years ago at the playground, management changes about every 6 months except for the rude assistant manager, heard her downing some tenants who had moved out. I think only one maint. man speaks english.. most people hide after dark. Giving our notice to get out tomorrow. dog crap left all over and loose pit bulls. Its a cat breeding paradise.
