I have been living here for 2 years now (between the owner change) and I can say that these apartments are improving greatly. I see new faces at the office and they are kind. The maintenance are always respectful.

I had no problems at these apartments. The staff was friendly. The maintenance kept up. I really liked how quiet it was. If I needed help or anything and went to the office they helped me quickly and always smiled. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The worst experience I have ever encountered with apartment complex. Office staff are very disrespectful and unprofessional. They have no respect for residents which is highly unlikely for a Company! This complex is full of domestic violence very unsafe for kids to be living in. For this complex to be background strictly it's a lot of criminal who lives here. You safely doesn't matter to management gate have been broken since I moved here anyone have access to property (so how are you keeping resident safe) you report domestic violence first thing they ask you did you call the police that's your job I'm just reporting as a resident it's not safe for me to approach are get in any of this domestic situation it highly not safe for me to approach anything that can cause me my life .

The manager and the entire staff are so rude and unprofessional!! They curse and speak amongst each other about what they did in the weekend while your standing there waiting on them. They charged us for our apartment insurance for months and I had to go to the office 4 times and they were still charging us. They also charge CRAZY amounts for utilities!! They charge us $108 for one month of water. There was a shooting at the apartments and they never pick up their phones. These are by far the worst apartments u have ever lived in. DONT DO THIS ---- TO YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY!!

Trash apartments and Trash Employees at the leasing office most disrespectful people I've encountered they are so rude , they curse in front of you and always have a attitude in person or over the phone even hang up on you .They think everything is a joke and make fun of residents when they go up to the office to make complaint and ect , few times I've been up there seen people leave pissed off and they where laughing at them what kinda professionalism is that ? Is that how you represent the company you work for ?they must be really proud of you running the brand down , that manager Lina and her sorry lil assistant have ran down them apartments to ---- with their lack of management and bad attitudes pretty sure why Greystar sold that property! They act like they are owed something. I advice you take your money eles where don't even stop keep on going will be the best decision you'll ever make.Gates are always open and people drive like maniacs all types of hours with their music blasting like it's a night club no respect to fellow residents and btw there was someone shooting a gun a few weeks ago and that person the property manager knows them so yea if that's the type of environment you want to live go right ahead ! And someone was robbed broad daylight.Maintenance takes a century and does a half --- job most the time, mail boxes where broken for the longest until residents began to complain of missing mail , cars got stolen and broken in too .Charge you fees up the --- water bill was always high like someone was running splash town in the building , vale trash $25 a month they would barely come on time trash sits there for days your force to pay that . Just the worst experience leasing ever never again even if it would be for free !

Currently living here, it was not at all what I thought it would be! Pot holes in the whole parking lot. Access gates work seldom and will hit your car unexpectedly (fees applied) slow maintenance response and poorly done. Over priced and property is very filthy. Never any parking spots and no security. Has several issues with criminal activity and not very good choices with the residents allowed to move in. Trash pickup is mandatory and overpriced. No visitors or parking without $50 deposit. Street parking will cost you a city of Houston ticket! Beware of these apartments, old air conditioning and sinks leak. Hot water always off! Not worth staying here! Very run down laundry rooms. Apartment leaks from upstair residents. Air conditioning leaks in house as well. Would not recommend these apartments.

I recently toured the community with Ms. Nino and was impressed! For the age of the community it appeared well maintained and the apartment itself offered what I was looking for. I was invited back to join the residents and staff for their annual crawfish boil which I thought was pretty awesome! Looking forward to applying in the future.

I have to say the exterior renovation took a long time but turned out really nice. The new maintenance guy has been a blessing for items getting completed. I truly see the improvements the property and staff are making. It is such a great place to live and you cannot beat the price anywhere around here.
