I lived here for over a year- In that time there were 2 stabbings, 1 murder, 1 car jacking, shootings 3 out of 7 nights a week, 4 apartments burned, the mailroom was burned down twice and the laundry room was torched in March 2022. I personally had someone attempt a home invasion December 2021. I also had severe water damage to my apartment that was never repaired. The front gate does not work 85% of the time. On average there are about 5-6 cars per week that have their wheels and rims stolen and at least one car a month that is stolen.

Where do I start, it’s not worth it, the place is not safe at all, we have experience 4 car break ins, there’s a lack of security, the gate is open most of the time I don’t know why even have a gate at this point, constant car theft , vehicles being left with out any wheels on the ground, if you value your car then you should listen, also the whole entire place is roach infested at this point, I have pictures to proof everything I’m saying, the maintance don’t respond fast enough, we literally had a room without a ceiling light and go on and on.

THEY ARE NO SAFETY CARS GETTING STOLEN EVERY DAY IT'S THEFT APARTMENTS THE DAY MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED. WE FEEL INSECURE AND EVERYONE IS TRYING TO MOVE OUT FROM HERE. II MISS OLD MANAGEMENT AS THEY WERE GOOD PEOPLE.

Some of the workout equipment has been broken since I moved in four years ago. They haven't replaced the pool chairs either- almost all of them have fallen through. They leave the pool locked on days like Sunday when they're supposed to be open and of course no one is available to answer calls to come unlock it. The staff is nice but they run this place like ----.

Dirty, overpriced, not safe, infected with cockroaches, rude management, be prepared that everything in appartment will start to broke. Manager does not care about her residents at all. Stay away from this place.

Rude management, which worries only about money. You have to memorize your contract, as verbally managers promise one thing, but do another. And on all your questions after refer you to the contract. So be prepared to be ripped off . Plus, cockroaches climes all over you even in your bedroom. Not safe for families and kids

I like loving here, the neighborhood is okay and the apartment is fine, but amenities always need improvement, and i don't like the fact that even if you schedule for pest control every week you still see roaches around, besides that I like this apt complex

I have lived in apartments pretty much my whole life. I was very hesitant to move here due to the area. I must say this place has exceeded my expectation by far. The staff is one of the best I have seen since I have been renting. They are always courteous. They listen more importantly. When there is a maintenance issue the lead gentleman Savedro, I believe is his name, is always doing what's in the best interest of the tenant. Sylvia, what can I say about this lady? I have never seen anyone who takes pride in making the tenants happy. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the tenants here are happy and respected as well as taken care of. She is very personable and that's what it's about when dealing with people. Paige, is new and you wouldn't believe how she has impacted the community. She is very respectful and always shares a smile. We have a new manager named Carla, that took over a few weeks ago and my first impression of her would be "oh no... things won't be the same. Well that was not the case. Immediately upon meeting her she was very open and outgoing. She introduced herself with a smile and shook my hand. I thought....ok maybe she won't be too bad. Lol. She is very nice and courteous. She has definitely grown on me. The staff here at Windmill Landing have made my stay here a pleasurable one. Thank you Windmill Landing staff for being genuinely passionate about the people in this community!

NEVER I repeat never give your deposit to stay at the apartment without seeing the apartment upfront eventhought the management tells you there is no apartment to show u and check pics online. what you see online is not what it looks like when u see in person. The carpet looks used and dirty, the ceiling has black stains and soot in some areas, the 2 bedrooms are really close to one another , the cieling is low , the kitchen is dirty and dont feel like cooking in it. We where moving from ny so gave deposit upfront by looking at pics online the deposit is over 400 dollars thats even more than other apt deposits. When we mentioned we didnt like the place they said the deposit will be forfieted and did not get a penny back. STILL i REPEAT my wife and i are soo glad even to loose the deposit rather than stay in this place and get some respitory illness and spend money at doctors office. I hope no one looses any money by staying at this place. They call it LEXURY apartments what a joke...I am sure non of the management people lives here cause they know what they getting into.
