Upon inspecting, no sewage present onsite, but there is a concern besides the mailbox regarding the meter inside the vault. I have been to the location previously in June regarding similar issue. Resident is complaining about of overflow of trash. And there is contractors doing work and some of sharp debris are on the ground(by dumpster) and she got injured from debris. The debris is attracting rodents from the dumpster.
The following location I believe is having a water leakage issue. In front of building 10 by the mailroom, there is a meter vault that is surrounded by water. Can someone please assist?
