These apts are roach infested, and their upgraded units are still raggedy. Whatever company they hired to remodel the units did not do a good job at it. Cabinets don't close properly, baseboards are all out of wack. Gunshots are the worst. I have put in several maintenance request for them to fix the leaking water coming from the baseboards out of the wall from my apt. They have not done that yet and it has been over 3 months. The Manager or assistant Manager whoever she is always have an attitude and she's more worried about eating lunch with her boyfriend! She really needs to invest in another career because being a property manager is not it! She always has an attitude and she's ------!

Good morning, I have my maintenance requests in pending for almost a month or longer, your management doesn’t seem to be concerned about that at all, but you are always concerned about the rent. My thanksgiving was canceled because you guys didn’t fix the ceiling lights in the kitchen after multiple requests, the toilet tank water running request was not completed, outside the hallway my wall left stripped for more than a month not only looks tacky it also causes all kinds of bugs sneaking in to my apartment from outside. If you’re concerned about your reputation - hire more people to take care of your loyal residents/consumers!!! I am a resident for almost 11 years always pay my full rent on time. Stuck here now for another full year lease beca this management misrepresented!! I will be contacting the State Agencies to file a complaint soon, including the BBB, and office of the Attorney General Consumer Division. I will never recommend this community to anyone I know and looking forward to leaving as soon as I find a way to leave with legal assistance as well… Thank you. Apt

Current resident of Towne West Apartments. From the first day of move-in I was handed over a dirty apartment without proper cleaning, when I complained the manager told me it is my fault "Because I needed to move in early", they did not provided me with the gate remote for at least 4 months insisting manager , she started shouting on me, any work order I place is ignored, they don't have maintenance staff, I was using my own washer and dryer but when I sold it and requested then to provide me from management (they don't have any inventory), I really don't go to office to talk to them because they would insult you but not take care of you as a customer. Finally I am moving out, I gave them my 60 advance notice to move out and after I went to office after a month they told me they never received a notice. Whatever almost a month remaining will be glad to moveout. By the way the residents here never pick up after tier pets ---- and the management doesn't care

I really wish i could've give this a 0 star . Please for your own good do not move in these apartments they are NOT safe . They lied and said they had 24hr security before signing the lease but since I've moved in I've never seen any security . NEVER !!!!!! Their gates are always broken they lie and said they're gonna fix it but they don't people cars are broken into . They have stolen tires off of 4 new cars I'm talking about 2020-2021 models this apartment is trash and i just moved here in December of 2020 has been trouble ever since. Their Apartments Are very thin. They have POOR to NO LIGHTING . Management is horrible no good communication . If you know about forum park this is basically what the apartments are like .THE HOOD AND THE ------

Unresponsive and unprofessional staff who completely ignore current residents and make it infuriating to get any type of maintenance or mail considering they won't give us a mail key. The apartments are not bad if you're unlucky like myself you may move into a room with a leaking water heater, leaking shower heads, broken microwave broken stove top, broken fire alarms, peeling and bubbling cabinets, and a broken dryer resulting in a frigging spec ops mission just to get someone to fix one of the listed issues to promptly ignore all the other issues. Took 4 months to sort most of this out and we still have a broken dryer and broken fire alarms.

Don't live here!!! Im warning you don't live here! This apartment complex is a JOKE! Overpriced apartments, the leasing office agents and or managers are lazy and don't care about the residents. Maintenance are lazy and do a terrible job fix or replacing stuff. When it was time for me to move into a apartment it wasn't ready, the floors where dirty , mold in the windows and it smelled like drugs. After they told me I have to wait a month in a half for my apartment to be ready. The hallways cement is dirty with black spots that look like grease or oil. I'm paying $22 for thrash valet and $13 for thrash fee, and the guy that comes to pick up the thrash from my door only picks up one thrash bag when I have several out there. I called the leasing office and they told me I have to put only one thrash bag in the thrash bin they provided for us. But I paying $35 dollars a month for them to pick up only one thrash bag whenever they come?? This apartment complex is a JOKE. But I don't even have a thrash bin they so called provided for me. They are complete liars and don't care about their residents once again. It takes them all week to address a problem whenever you have one. This is the first apartment I've lived in and for now on I'll be more wiser. For anything to change in a positive way they need a new staff especially a new manager . She's a push over the maintenance run all over her and she lets it happy.

Trash cans are always overflowing with mattresses and sofas. Walkways are always dirty. Don't even think about living on the first floor unless you like flooding and not from rain from food from everyone you lives above you. Overpriced ------ is the best way to describe these apartments. Major bug problem. The office team is a joke. Spend your money elsewhere. No nice amenities. Nothing that warrants 1000 a month always 1100 for a one bedroom that floods all the time everything is breaking down around here. Gates never work.

I am not a resident here but a Guest, spoke to MELISSA on two different occasions and both were unpleasant. The 2nd time she was extremely rude and HUSHED me like I was a dog! She exclaimed on how she was having a bad day and a lot was going on, Well I understand a bad day but the WHOLE F'N planet is having a " Bad Day ' I don't think that gives anyone the right as a person...more so a MANAGER of a business to treat a guest like crap. I was accompanying a resident for support about numerous issues that has not been resolved within like a 2 year span, just keep getting half measures and excuses. From Mold to AC to Parking. We talked in a respectable manner and was not rude but MELISSA immediately began making excuses and being overly defense and disrespectful in front of an office full of staff and residents. I honestly don't know if its White Privilege, Racism, sexism, elderly ignorance or straight up incompetence ...or maybe just a bad day and she is really a wonderful person. Maybe shes a great boss but Never the less on this day she was horrible. When explaining the list of things they FAILED to fix... she said well she can let the resident out the lease, or she said they could change apt. I've worked customer service for 10 years and NEVER suggested the consumer go somewhere else because I was incompetent and COULD fix their problem but was just to lazy. A resident who's been faithful and loyal for 5 years at least...suggesting they can just leave is remarkable. When if the situation was fixed right the 1st time....there wouldn't be a problem. I told them they were BSing ...they denied that but my example is... The resident has been complaining about MOLD for two years at least, they looked us DEAD in the eye and said ITS NOT MOLD, repainted it and said its 'FIXED" at least 5 times....YET the NONE MOLD is back today...in which a professional said NO! THAT IS MOLD??! The 2nd time a professional had to be call on the residents end...If that ain't BS...well sue me. As I stated I DONT LIVE THERE so i can only recommend what the resident should do but....NO! I definitely would not be the ONE. Ironically.. the day after this conversation...these problems were addressed IMMEDIATELY and with more URGENCY as if someone started a fire. MELISSA stated she was not AWARE of the persistent MOLD problem ..Yet she was on SITE at least twice with staff... saying its not MOLD and that they would KNOCK THE WALLS down to clean this NOT MOLD STUFF...that never happened but she acts like SHE DIDNT KNOW, but the order came directly from her...so how does the manager NOT KNOW if something is done or not done? Sounds like Poor leadership...I can go on about what other ppl have said....RUDE STAFF...PARKING...CONSTANT EMERGENCY VEHICLES... NO CONTACT WITH THE OWNERS ...in my very short experience it's more true then not. Admit-tingly she apologize later after both instances but still...as a person it's deplorable and as a manager it unprofessional. If she does not handle the stress of her job without being a B word then maybe she needs to be DEMOTED or maybe let out her "Lease" and find a new job ..like the DMV to be a B word! If shes been doing this for a while...she should know better, and if she thinks what shes been doing is ok..Someone needs to correct her every time she gets ahead of herself. It speaks word to her character and more so to the person who employed and let her continue. ???IGNORANCE or INCOMPETENCE ??? Its Debatable! NO WAY TO CONTACT CORPORATE OFFICE! JUST A BOGUS WEBSITE! I have been living at these apartments for 5 years. When I first moved in it was Love at first Sight, the square footage and location was and is awesome. Everything was fine for first few years. But for the past couple of years the Property has gone down the Leasing Office staff are unprofessional and uncaring (especially the assistant manager), the maintenance and repair are slow in response. I am on my last lease with these people and I caution anyone looking to move into these apartments. I have read the other reviews on here and they are on Point with their assessment. Renter BEWARE!!!
