Be wary of this place. Lots of street noise at night. Get ready to be awakened every night. Elevators often out of service. Make friends with the stairs. Trash piles up in garage. Sometimes they dump good stuff. Surprised no dry wall in my unit replaced after Hurricane Beryl damage. What’s growing in there now? Shocked management charged me for excessive wear and tear when I moved out. It was an old place when I moved in and will always be an old place.. if you have other housing options, consider them first.

This Building has an infestation of Roaches, on my Apartment I have been going to a problem that it has apparently no solution, for the lack of proper pest control or limited treatment on the entire property, I have suffered so much with this situation that it turns out now a Not Safe Environment to live in this Building or at least my Apartment, some how I guess they were aware of this situation as for some reason the apartments above and below were empty when I moved in on last year and as of right now it’s my believe that they still empty, the office offered me to move to a one bedroom apartment, which I was okay with it, however then they changed their mind and now they just want to put me on a different two bedroom lay out, I feel pushed away and discriminated by this situation, I have a medical condition and have to suffer this situation now for months, the office now are technically giving options at their convenience more than the Residents convenience, as of right now I’m stuck trying to see a way out of this UNHEALTHY ENVIRONMENT, Please be Aware before you rent here.

Thus far, I have enjoyed the community and proximity to places that I regularly visit. Cielo and Catherine ensured a seamless move-in. For the first time, ever, I can say that I enjoy where I live. Everyone in the community are friendly and welcoming. My neighbors are so friendly, a foreign experience to me.

The apartment complex is safe, upscale, clean and welcoming. It is also located in a good neighborhood and near several higher end restaurants. The apartment staff are friendly, helpful and upbeat. I would recommend to others.

It's been great lately. No bad comments. Cielo was very helpful. She is smart, she made my move very smooth. I think she needs to recognize that she's an outstanding individual. She is great and also the maintenance team was very helpful as well.

It's great! Nice community and the amenities are wonderful. Cielo is awesome! No issues on move, everything clean and working. It's a breeze to walk to any number of local eateries or bars, or even in my case to work. Very safe, need access to get in through the gates or doors.

Beautiful apartments and amazing office staff! Quick maintenance, great location, quiet, love the pool and other amenities! Very close to so many dining and entertainment! Couldn't be happier with the decision I made moving here
