The property is wonderful and also the staff. My wife and children love it here. The security is attentive, the shops below are nice, the property is always clean and the pool and gym are really well designed.

The staff at the Elan Memorial Park are amazing. They really make an effort to get to know all of the residents, and their pets. In fact my dog gets upset if we walk past the leasing office and I don't let him go instead to say hello to everyone who works there! The staff are truly what makes Elan Memorial Park a great place to live!

I enjoyed life in Houston by staying Elan Apartment and not so bad impression so much. However noise out side is problem. Not only outside, but also some noise when resident is walking in the room will be there from upper room.

I have been very content with my stay at Elan. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The area is clean and the tenants are respectful for the most part. The front office is quick and respectful whenever I need to submit a request.

The staff is very friendly and maintenance addresses my issues very quickly, which often surprises me from prior experience at other properties. The amenities are also great!! I also love the location and accessibility to Memorial Park.

The leasing professionals here were great from the beginning including at move in. My leasing agent was April James and from the tour all the way through move-in she has been nothing but great, informative and kept me up-to-date the whole time. Was very accommodating and helpful upon move-in as well. The overall community is well-kept and I love the amenities.

This is an overall great community with the friendly staff I’ve ever had. There is security on site and the neighborhood is quite. I love that the park is a 5 min walk and there are tons of bars and restaurants also in walking distance. I can go downstairs to grab coffee or get my hair and nails done. Which is a win win.

Amazing complex! Wonderful staff and such a lovely place to live. Highly recommend and am renewing my lease. The amenities are so great and the sky lounge is awesome with such a great view! Everything so easy accessible being so close to i10. Love this place

We love being in walking distance to Memorial Park and restaurants along Washington Street! We have been very happy with the amenities here that we use multiple times a week, including the rooftop grills and gyms.

It has been good so far. It is loud if your apartment is facing the Westcott street like ours is. Spacious and maintenance are attentive. There are fun events throughout the year which is a great and unique thing about the apartment.
