I am a tenant at Elan Memorial Park, 920 Westcott St. Apt 501. The garbage chut has been 'out of order' for about 2 weeks. Garbage is piled up in the small room, adjacent to the garbage chute. The door to the room is ajar due to the pileup of garbage.
