I was very positive in the beginning. However it’s always the same thing. You reach out and no one responds you feel you are being ignored. You feel like a bother. I feel like my needs were not important enough. And I was definitely put on the back burner. I also don’t understand why we have no Microwave??? It’s 2026! Everyone uses a microwave! I asked and asked to have 3 long rebar rods removed from the area where I walk to go on my patio/porch so I didn’t trip and fall . Why they were there is beyond me. No one ever removed them so I paid someone to rent a machine from home depot to cut them completely down to the ground level. Same as the security bar when I asked about why my patio door did not have one. I was told they only have what they are given to use! You’re telling me Greystar can’t afford replacing a security bar for the patio door? BLESS

It is a quiet community for the most part. Some residents are not respectful of the community rules about picking up after their animals, and leaving cigarette butts on ground as well as other trash. I enjoy living here. All in all a good place to live.

My experience overall has been good. There is some landscaping that I think can be improved and trash that can be thrown away more often to keep the place tidy but other than that I have no serious complaints.

This is the best managed property I have ever lived in. Any damage to the gates or fences has been repaired immediately. No weirdos or vagrants roaming around. I feel safe going to and from the parking lot. No unruly or loud residents. Amazon packages are NEVER stolen off the doorstep! Neighbors know each other and say hello. Upkeep is 100% new air conditioners, new roof, exterior of building maintained with fresh paint, new carpet in stairwells that do not stink. Fast response to maintenance requests.

The laundry being dirty and people with pets using it and leaving the washer contaminated with their pets waste, there needs to be rules for the laundry, is very unsafe and exposing others to contamination created by pets owners, there's need to be a rule that will make sure all tenants are able to use laundry making sure is safe and clean.
