This is a great place to live! The staff, maintainence and concierge are friendly and helpful. I was never a fan of the building access method however it did improve the safety of the building. The amenities are nice. The new manager is less friendly then the previous. I miss the old concierge staff. They were personable and knew your name. I didn't use the valet service.

The building has flooded 3 times in the 3.5 years I have lived here. Each time, carpet has to be ripped out of our closets, we have to move out in order for the building to rip our baseboards and dry wall and the process takes weeks. The management does not care. No prorated rent considered for the time you cannot live in your home due to their issues. Do NOT live here.

Make sure all residents be courteous and respectful to others in common or community areas by not having conversation on speaker phone. Use ear phones. No pet hair in common area for residents with no pets

Good for my purposes. Safety for personal or properties is bad because of garage. My granddaughter who comes to help me had her car stolen off the main floor where the valet told her to park. I’m a senior citizen who needs help occasionally. And people need to feel safe here. This is not my concern,but your one bedrooms need help on interior color coordination. The next problem is the roach problem around the 8th floor. We can’t enjoy of the beautiful landscaping around the pool or outside grilling area. Thank you Sharron B

Love Harvey and Linda!! They have been beyond helpful! The maintenance staff is incredible as well!! Concierge is great. My biggest complaint is the valet is awful!!! I moved from Arabella and one of my biggest things I wanted to still have was valet. Not only do I notice how bad it is but friends and family who visit. That is the FIRST impression of our community and I pay more in rent here than Arabella, yet there is only one valet person and they act like it’s an inconvenience for them to valet my car. There is one younger guy who is great but the rest are horrible!!! I am not one to complain either but this is bad! I have had a valet sit in his chair and watch me struggling to get bags out of my car. I have pulled up and watched a valet set down a cigarette and then get into my car. There is no system to retrieve the car for residents either. At Arabella, we text for our car and it is bright down. I called the other morning got my car at 7:05. I came down at 7:20 and no car and no valet had shown up. I was late for work!! Then I called down again and no one asked them to get my car and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes!! The company that you are using is unacceptable for a building charging these rental rates!! It’s embarrassing as a resident when friends and family come over. It shouldn’t advertise that you have valet when you barely have valet. I highly recommend seeking out the company Arabella uses!!

We are enjoying living at 2929. The location is perfect and the apartment is good quality. We have not had a chance yet to enjoy the community as we have only been in the apartment for a week. We hope to have many years of happiness at 2929 !

Great community. Private, quiet, best leasing experience I’ve ever had. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Staff is friendly and helpful and I’ve never had a bad experience. Only room for improvement would be elevators being down however they get fixed same day almost always.
