Good afternoon! I just moved into this beautiful, clean apartment and I absolutely love being here. The community is so welcoming, and it truly feels like home already. If you're ever thinking about moving here, I highly recommend Kimberly Rivas and Zelisha Newton?they're the best at what they do! They made the entire process smooth, easy, and very welcoming for me. Thank you all, and keep up the great work ??

This community has a lot of potential, and there are things I genuinely appreciated, like the location and the quiet, traditional layout of Phases. The renovated units are comfortable and the floorplans are spacious.

I've lived here long enough to get a realistic sense of what the complex is actually like, and there are several ongoing issues that prospective tenants should be aware of. The most immediate problem is the nightclub located next door. The noise regularly carries into the apartments, especially at night, and it is clearly audible from inside the unit. If you are sensitive to noise or expect a quieter living environment, this is something to consider. Not all buildings have this issue, but mine certainly does. Security is another major concern. Mail is frequently stolen directly from resident mailboxes, and vehicle break-ins appear to happen regularly in the parking areas. Despite these recurring issues, there does not seem to be any meaningful effort from management to improve security measures, such as installing cameras on the premises. The responsiveness of the front office staff is also disappointing. When issues are brought up, the general attitude often feels dismissive, and there does not appear to be much urgency or accountability in addressing ongoing problems. Communication and follow-through from the office have been lacking. Environmental factors are also worth mentioning. Because the property has an artificial "river" flowing through the premises, mosquitoes are extremely common, and frogs can be very loud at night. Mosquitos in my unit are a major issue and I have to go out of my way to address this issue. What makes these issues more frustrating is that rent prices continue to increase while the overall quality of service seems to be declining. At the current price point, the level of management, security, and overall resident experience should be better than what is currently provided. Overall, the property has potential because of its location, but the lack of proactive management and accountability for ongoing problems makes it difficult to recommend in its current state.

When leasing tells you there is a rent special make sure to ask to see the fine print. They may try to quote you a lower rate then send the lease agreement at a higher rate. In my case I was originally quoted $1370 but when the lease agreement was sent to me it was increased to $1445! Other than that seems like a great spot.

It's good living here. It's convenient and rent isn't too bad. Wish the gym would replace the free weights that someone stole. But it's a pretty decent place overall. I'd recommend it to a friend to live here.

The community is well kept and very affordable for the area. Past year or so, the neighbors have gotten more rambunctious during late hours. Nothing too outrageous. Also wish there was plan for smokers and non-smokers to live in separate buildings. The office staff is pretty nice and communicative about issues/servicing around the property. No real complaints about maintenance either. Also, building 1 is a cell service dead zone, so be sure to get WiFi if ur planning to move in.

I am new in this community as I have just moved in for half a month. I find the staff friendly, professional. The small park within the community is a bonus. Freshly-renovated apartments are excellent. A big elevator is an advantage for moving big items

Post Oak Park Apartments is a well staffed, and maintained community. The office and maintenance staff is exceptional, always pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to my needs. I feel safe and secure here, and decided to move back here, because I get the best of apartment living here.

I love that it's a very "quite" and comfortable space to live. I could tell that the community is respected in the since of there's a lot of working people living there, I'm a teacher and I feel like this spot is closer to my job so the transportation is elite. The security is also a plus, because it takes a lot to even get through the front gate which is a compliment, the security i son point.
