If you visit the website it’ll say it’s luxury living in the city when in reality, you’re looking at shack that’s constantly falling apart. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. Everything is always broken and in poor condition, the manager is different every time you call the front office, elevators are always down in building 1, there’s always a car with missing rims or a broken window, the garage gates never work, the hallways smell, and the grounds are dirty and unkept. We’ve been here for a year and are counting down the days until the lease is over and we can move out. When we moved in, the kitchen cabinets in our unit were scratched and the paint was wearing off. The fridge door was dented, the microwave didn’t work, the bathroom sink was cracked, the bedroom fan didn’t work, and our ac has gone out twice. Now, a year later, our fridge is leaking (maintenance request submitted over 2 weeks ago) and our cars have been broken into twice. If you call management they’ll tell you it’s not just you and their own cars have been broken into as well (okay?). We’ve talked to our neighbors and they feel the same way. It looks like they’re renovating some of the units now- so same deal just different look. Absolutely stay away, pay the extra $100/month somewhere where you at least know you can use the elevator to get your mail.

IT'S NOT WORTH THE "CHEAP" RENT Your car wheels are at risk of getting stolen, hallways will constantly smell like an animal died, entrance/exit door are broken and rarely fixed (so you can't get into your own apartment without circling around the apartment looking for another entrance that works. this gets very, very annoying if you own a dog), and management can't even respond to your email or your question on the phone. I had to basically beg and plead to get a quote on the additional rent that they required me to pay. It just doesn't make sense. Someone is always "going to get back to you" and no one does. And when someone finally does get back to you, they charge you a ridiculous amount or provide you no help. Save your money, your SANITY, and go somewhere else. I've never been happier to leave.

I lived here for only a few months and notice a ton of management changes in this short time. The new manager is a young lady who is not profesional at all. I was printing stuff in the business center and she was talking with 2 men who are the leasing people and all I heard were curse words coming out her mouth. Maybe she thought nobody was around but I was not impressed. The young lady with the curry hair was always very helpful. The other lady that wears glasses is very sweet and was helpful during my move out process. Maintenance is nonexistent at this place. The grounds and building were always dirty. Gates broken for months. Gym is so dirty and damp. The dog area is a joke with pet meses everywhere. Constant cars getting broken into. Elevators always broken. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need a new professional manager to uplift this community and the owners need to invest some money to improvement this place because the location is great

Move-out experience has been abysmal! Just moved out at the end of June and I've been in dispute with 3333 for them ILLEGALLY charging me for sheet rock repair in the apartment. Texas renter's rights state that "normal wear and tear" are covered under Texas property code and landlords/apartment companies are not allowed to pass on their fees to renter's for making their apartments livable. It's simple mounting holes for a tv and sound equipment (picture attached). There is no damage in the apartment that is abnormal or due to neglect. I refused to pay the fee of $75 and they threatened me with collections. DO NOT rent here. My experience was average living at 3333 for 1.5 years, not the best place for the money but now with this situation, I highly recommend you AVOID this place. I already emailed their corporate office and filed several complaints with the proper organizations. Waiting for a resolution, if any.

My husband and I have been living here for 3 years now. We really love the 15 month leasing option, as well as our floor plan and large balcony. The maintenance staff is very nice and they work very hard. Although, it takes at least a week for maintenance requests to be addressed, the staff does make it a point to make sure things are taken care of proficiently and will stop you when seen in the hall to double check. The amenities are top notch and the location is very convenient to just about everything in Houston.

After this I do not plan on staying. Car fires-rims being stolen overnight. Poor residents who came out to this the next day. I hope they find who did this. And this is not the first time. And the property is full of poop. Owners do not pick up after their dogs.

Residents don't take care of their surroundings and leave everything a mess. Management doesn't do much about it. Maintenance takes about a week to address issues. Trash is everywhere. There is only one place within the community I can walk my dog and it's on the other side of the building, but he's handicapped and that's not a good walk for him - only other options include standing nearby traffic which can obviously be scary for dogs. Additionally, there are Costco carts everywhere because we are located behind one. I just wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know.

The staff was great! They took care of everything while I was there. The location is very very convincing. There were so many local restaurants and I minuets from downtown. You can't beat the location and the price!

This community is okay, nothing special. It is conveniently located close to 59 and 610, and community common areas stay clean. Besides that, there aren't any other benefits. Leasing staff seem to be unaware of their own community polices or just completely apathetic. When we first moved in we were not made aware the community was AT&T exclusive by our leasing agent Al who then went on to work for the property management group for this community. Also he was unable to help me set up a resident portal over the phone when I called for help. So instead I had to make a trip to the bank on my move-in day. When we first moved in our oven broke, we were charged for the broken piece without any explanation on why or what we were being charged for. The exit gate often breaks in the garage & because both gates have tire spikes you'll have to wait for maintenance. If the gate breaks after hours there's no quick response from emergency maintenance. I've watched people Uber to work because we've been stuck inside. Maintenance requests whether big or small normally take on average of 7 to 10 days to be completed. When I call office staff for an update on when to expect the maintenance team I'm always told they'll be here within the day or we can't give you any kind estimate. Clear lack of communication between office and maintenance team. If you have an apartment that looks out at a pool courtyard then I hope you enjoy loud drunk people late into the night and huge alcohol fueled pool parties, you'll be able to listen to them from the comfort of your home. Office doesn't enforce guest policy which is 2 per resident. They do have a courtesy officer you can leave a message for. Ive done this multiple times in the past year and have never received help. I've brought up my concerns to the front office this most recent time. Considering AL is the ring leader of their pool parties figured they'd be willing to help solve the issue. Instead they said an officer did respond and felt everything was appropriate. Also said they reviewed the camera footage from the day. I found it pretty shocking, just shows this complex is okay with a party atmosphere. Wouldn't move in if you have children.

My boyfriend I both live at 33 Thirty-Three. I chose this complex for him three years ago due to it being close to his office as well as having a variety of floorplans and great amenities. He has enjoyed it very much and will be renewing his lease when it comes due. A year ago, I chose to leave the suburbs (Katy) and rent an apartment here as well. It was a great decision and I couldn't be happier - in fact, I just re-signed my lease for another year! The location inside the loop can't be beat. It's close to everything and there are so many options for dining/entertainment within walking distance. There are two great gyms here (one with Peloton bikes!) as well as two pools. I particularly enjoy grilling during the summer down at the cabana area and mingling with the neighbors. Any time there is an issue, the management staff addresses it promptly and will follow up to ensure your satisfaction. They are very courteous and professional. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to this area, that appreciates a nice property and staff, and that isn't looking to spend a completely outrageous amount of money for living inside the loop.
