It has been a great experience living here, we’ll definitely be renewing our lease here, the staff is really nice. Carlos has always been nice and helped us in whatever we need.. Our apartment is cozy and our neighbors are just great!

I had a great experience touring the apartment complex. Felt so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The property was well kept up and clean I liked that a lot . I met Carlos too while touring he was keeping everything looking real nice .

Living in this property has been a truly pleasant experience from the very beginning. The apartments are spacious, modern, and always well maintained. You can tell that management really cares about keeping everything clean and organized, which makes it feel like home. The common areas are always in great condition the gardens are beautiful, the hallways spotless, and the amenities work perfectly. What really stands out the most is the maintenance team. They are absolutely amazing at what they do. Every time I’ve needed help, they’ve responded quickly, kindly, and efficiently. Christian, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and professional he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything works perfectly. Whether it’s a small repair or a general check-up, the team handles it with care and a great attitude. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and reliable group. Overall, I’m very happy living here. The environment is peaceful, safe, and welcoming. You can tell that everyone involved in the property takes pride in their work. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained apartment community with outstanding maintenance and friendly staff.

I’ve had such a great experience living at Cortland West Houston. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the amenities are upscale. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern it truly feels like home. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Frida on the team! Frida has been absolutely incredible, always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. It makes a world of difference having someone so reliable and positive in the front office. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. If you're considering a move, I highly recommend Cortland West Houston and make sure to ask for Frida.

I've been living at Cortland West Houston Apartments for several months now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The community is well-maintained, the landscaping is clean and modern, and the amenities especially the gym and pool are top-notch. The staff is generally responsive and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly in most cases. The apartment itself is spacious with updated appliances and finishes. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer/dryer and the smart home features. Parking is usually easy to find, and the location is super convenient, close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to occasional noise from neighbors and some minor issues with gate access or package deliveries. But those are relatively small complaints compared to the overall quality of life here. Would definitely recommend Cortland West Houston to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live in the area!

They are very friendly everyone is nice, I did not have any problem yet with someone, the place is very nice, looking good. About my package well I always order things so just 2 packages un til time still missing. I already send my issue to the app Parcel and they said the never get it, but my package delivered location said they put it in the lockers
