Office doesn't listen and maintenance is half butt taken care off. Office could care less about the tenants or their needs the parking is absolute trash oh don't get me started on garbage. Lol the dumpsters stay filled and crap in the grounds.

I'm happy. The maintence team is absolutely amazing. All request are handled promptly and efficiently. The leasing agents and property managers are elite. Any and all concerns (which are very few) are also taken care of immediately. I am very happy at the property and if anyone asks, I tell them this is the place to be!

Nice, quiet community. The only thing is that this particular property has an ant problem and some people throw their food scraps on the ground to cause them. Need more grass in muddy areas as well. L

Older complex...many materials in the units are over 35yrs old, and in desperate need of upgrading...very outdated beige-ish paint on the walls, orange/brown speckled kitchen counters, thin & cheap brown shag carpet. Seeing how much I'm paying with all the rent increases over the past 6 yrs, they should at least repaint the walls something current. But they probably don't have the money after they completely renovated the leading office and lobby...which is stunning...too bad the units aren't given the same consideration!

Common areas well maintained. Mgmnt and employees are good quality people. Price/value is good, amenities are good and well maintained, Facilities themselves are aging, units do need to be upgraded ( low fha rated carpet and hardware)

This is my first apartment and I'm so glad I chose this complex. It's easy to get a hold of the leasing office and submitting any maintenance requests. The community here is made up of individuals who are polite but also respect your privacy. Regardless of whether you've lived in this complex for years or are new, it's a very peaceful place to live. It's also very conveniently off HWY 6 and i10 for those who have to commute to work and/or school (I do both).

The experience was great until I woke up one night to what I thought was someone stealing my car!! Come to find out my vehicle had been towed at 12/1am in the morning because I was parked over the line!! Like what. No notice no courtesy. When I went to talk to the front office, the manager gave me a BS answer passing the blame to the towing company stating she had nothing to do with it and that the towing company had full discretion to tow anyone who is out of compliance. And that was found to be a lie because the towing receipt definitely showed that the manager, Sarah, did in fact give authorization for the towing company to tow my vehicle that had been parked since 3pm that day in the same spot "over the line". I have been a gracious tenant with all the repairs they have had to make and still living with a dishwasher that doesn't work properly. That experience put a bad taste in my mouth and makes me never want to recommend living at this complex under the management of MAA.

MAA is a very quiet and well located complex. We have no complaints at all and really enjoy living here. The access to old Abby road is key for us as we use it daily for relaxing and exercise. Maintenance is also very responsive with any issue that we have had.

I lived at park place MAA apartments for about two years now, looking back on my experiences here. Really Don't have to many complaints, everyone is nice, helpful keeping us informed, organize with information, keep ground clean, friendly atmosphere, time management with work orders, keep rules with pet owners. However! Sometimes parking is difficult, when home late.

The community is very quiet and the maintenance keeps up with the landscaping. The trail located behind the apartments is quite adventurous and has a great scenery. They've always responded quickly to any issues Ive had and they host get togethers for residents
