I moved in June rent has been messed up ever since I moved in. They put locks on your door for $23.75 when it’s their mistake. They never wanna take fault for anything they’re just horrible I can’t wait until this lease is up. Also me and my wife are airline employees they offer preferred discount to airline employees which me and my wife still haven’t received. When we mentioned this to them various times they say we have to check into that when they have a pamphlet on their door stating the discount and they still haven’t made this right. Once again if you’re gonna pay that much money for an apartment, you might as well go up the road to a more modern apartment would probably be better staff and better people. My wife told me to avoid this place but once again I didn’t listen to the wife. Won’t make that mistake again. The last apartment complex 15 years ago did me the same way and I had to put them on the evening news thinking about doing the same to these people.

Not to good. There is a water leak somewhere in the building and it's making my water bill go higher then it's been $112 for water is ridiculous. It need to be checked out ASAP and not just a temporary fix

My experience at the commumity is good. The people in the office are helpful and nice.I wish they had handicap apartment with bathroon too,but it is a good apartment sidewalk were we live is not good.And there is no grass just dirt and when it rains it flood and gets muddy and is hard to get to parki g area with all the water and mud.

Poor maintenance timelines and work quality. Cannot reach office. Horrible parking lot. Apartment kids are a menace and not held accountable. Not safe for children to play. Car has been broken into multiple times.

Community is fine and friendly, however things need to be majorly updated, concrete needs to be redone, flooding everywhere when it rains just a little bit. Cracks are so big I can see the sewer by the dumpsters, lots of kids so it's extremely unsafe. Random animals everywhere.
