DO NOT RENT HERE. Poor maintenance, roach infestation and worthless office staff. It took 6 visits over 3 weeks to fix AC - and then it was down on the 4th week. It took 4 visits to spray for roaches to make the place habitable. Office staff never follow through on anything they ever say. Couldn’t be worse if you tried.

Beware, beware, beware!!! This place is ------ and FULL OF GERMAN ROACHES. Do NOT move into apartment 103. I moved in July 7, 2024 and there’s no way they did an inspection before us moving in. Emma the leasing agent walked the apartment with me and we saw roaches first hand, and she made it seem as if it’s normal. At first I only saw 2-3 so didn’t think of an infestation. The roaches were inside the stove and microwave, and I made sure they replaced those appliances. I had to pay out my own pocket to bomb the apartment and pay for my own pest control, cause their contract pest control refused to do anything and wanted me to wait 3 weeks and there was no way in absolute hell. The more days I lived there the worse the roaches got — you’d see them EVERYDAY. I was so miserable!! Tia the property manager refused to refund my money for the pest control we paid, and the bombing. Tia and the owner also refused to let us move into another unit without increasing the rent due to this all being their fault. I didn’t sign up to live with roaches, they were on my belongings, in the kitchen like no tomorrow, and in my kids room. It’s nasty and a health concern. Don’t even bother telling Tia your concerns cause she will NOT respond to your emails. She will tell you one thing and do another. The whole staff sucks from the leasing agents to the property manager. I moved out on 7/29/24 and still haven’t got a response from my emails — they’re so unprofessional. The regional Diana is not going to call you to discuss your concerns, cause she clearly doesn’t care. They just talk amongst each other and tell you something which probably isn’t the truth, because there’s no proof of anything. They don’t care about anything but money. This place is NOT well kept at all and they know that. I cried after getting my keys to the leasing agent Ulysses or however you spell her name, and she didn’t do anything after I told her the roaches were just everywhere. Tia the property manager herself said I should’ve never been given the keys since the unit was full of roaches, and not even properly made ready. You could tell they didn’t even clean that apartment. Besides fresh paint and carpet. The fan only had one speed, front door had rotten wood, cabinets scratched up, baseboards missing, the washer had issues, the dryer didn’t work correctly, the shower heads were old and not replaced, the list goes on! I didn’t even live there a month. They will not do anything to help you or listen to your concerns. Don’t even waste your time or money. They won’t even help me for the inconvenience of everything that I had to move twice in less than a month because they gave me a nasty unit. Refunding all my money, is literally the least they could do. Unless you want roaches in your belongings and with you in the kitchen EVERYDAY; I highly suggest you don’t move here. It has such a gross distinct smell, and the AC unit is super loud. The pictures I have don’t even do justice!

We moved here because of the 2 car garage. We were very clear ahead of time that we needed a very smooth move, and the apartment needed to be issue free because I have cancer. We thought because this was taken over by new management that things would be good. A lot of work was being put into the apartments. Well, we moved into this apartment paying $2002 a month and the refrigerator did not work, a/c was out, master bathroom did not have a working tub or shower, the sink and toilet in the master ran constantly, the bath in the other restroom ran constantly, the walls were peeling .... Yes I said peeling.... Paint peeling off everywhere. The master closet, laundry and entry smelled like weed, the microwave had glue down the front, the cabinets were peeling inside and out, the Formica on the kitchen counters were peeling, the balcony had a wasp nest and spider webs all over, the blinds had bite marks and one in my child's room was metal and cut from the top to the bottom to fit so it was a safety hazard, the garage door was programmed the same as a neighbors so we could open his and he could open ours - we were told to unplug it because they didn't have the right remotes. The worst? Infested with hug ants coming from the walls in the kitchen and dining and roaches in the entry and bathrooms.... I have NEVER seen anything like this. It's a very expensive ------. We moved out 3 weeks later. I was told by the manager that ALL monies paid would be refunded but the regional manager renege on that promise and did not refund all monies paid. They seemed to think they were doing us a favor by letting us move, it's laughable to think this is who StoneMark finds suitable for management. To ever think this is acceptable (for anyone) is not okay. No one should live like this, I don't care if it was a free shelter. The day we moved out, the only items addressed had been the microwave, the a/c three times and still didn't cool, the kitchen cabinets were painted over but not fixed, the garage door after 1.5 weeks. All others items were still outstanding.

I have lived in Sevona Park Row two times in different periods, from 2017 to 2018 and from 202 up todate; my living experience has been great both times. Sevona offers an outstanding living experience with comfortable apartment homes, private garage, state of the art amenities, gym, swimming pool, pool tables, office center, unique location nearby restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, and with a friendly and professional staff who will take care of every need you may have. Chris Curtis is the go-to person for any assistance requests. He is agreeable, courteous, professional and responsive. Anibal E. Dam I very much encourage and recommend anybody to come and visit Sevona to corroborate everything I say.

Unfortunately, my experience here has not been great. I pay my rent on time every month despite of it all. The trash chute on my wing has been broken for months , well before the christmas holiday. The current trash bin that's right next to it is no better at all. It is way too high to place trash in it. You literally have to run and jump to put trash at the top of this bin. Some of tenants here are just placing the trash on the ground because its perhaps to heavy to throw above their heads. The trash seems to be emptied out every 2 weeks. It is currently overflowing with trash and not to mentions have several big vulture type birds swarming around the trash bin breaking open the trash bags. (I have pics for proof) For a "luxury" apartment this is so tacky. Work orders that have been emergencies haven't been responded to in a timely manner. I had a non-flushing toilet for two days, gross. Now i have leaking roof, in which no one has contacted me on. It just has been so frustrating living here & this is me venting because no one should have to deal with this.

I am going on my 8th year living at this community. I love this community because it's extremely convenient, it's centrally located and right next to I10 making for an easy commute to work. That's not the best part of living at Sevona Apartments though...the best part would be having one of the best office staff agents ever, Christopher Curtis. He is always, EXTREMELY pleasant when I come into the office and when I call. Even when I have an issue, he ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure that I am well taken care of as a tenant. He is an amazing representative of Sevona and I'm truly Thankful for him.

Love living here! Helpful office staff & maintenance requests taken care of in an efficient/ timely manner. A little noisy being so close to I-10 but nothing unbearable. No noisy neighbors. Just a great place to live

I've been a resident here since 2008 and can't see myself living anywhere else. I love my apartment and the fact we have attached garages. Our community is well cared for and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and professionally. I also like the location and easy access to the main roads.

I lived in the property for two years, and the office staff frequently so that indicates they have a high turnover rate. The only good thing about this apartment is the location, but the office staff is terrible, corporate is also terrible. After finally moving out two years later, the new office staff is charging me for regular wear and tear on walls, carpet, so there goes my deposit. If looking to move here, I'd find somewhere else, many of my neighbors that moved out before I did went to the Marquis, and I've heard their great! I wouldn't recommend living here..
