Living at River Oaks has been a great experience! The area feels safe, clean, and upscale, with plenty of restaurants, parks, and shops nearby. The management team is responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities—especially the pool and fitness center—are well kept. The apartments themselves are modern, quiet, and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the neighbors are friendly. Overall, a great place to live in a prime Houston location!

The company is in constant change of personal and it got worse and worse. They became very cheap and used covid for everything. We stayed 2 years without computers or a printer in the media room and broken machines in the gym. Lack of sanitation’s during covid! No sanitizer anywhere! And when I moved out and let them know i had packages arriving. They lies and said they never arrived. They were bought by 3 different sellers and arrived by 3 different delivery companies on 3 different days but they say they never arrived ! It’s obvious that there is disinterest and dishonesty there.

I have had a very positive experience living here and all of the staff are great but I want to highlight how amazing the maintenance staff is. Abraham, Fernando, and the rest of the maintenance and housekeeping staff are amazing! They are so vigilant about keeping our community in good shape and they are all so kind. I cannot say enough good things about them!!

I have lived at AMIL River Oaks for three years. My experiences with both the office staff and maintenance staff have been excellent. The office staff is courteous and helpful and the maintenance staff is prompt and efficient. My computer crashed and I was assisted by Kate in the office to schedule my second vaccine shot. She went beyond her job duties and made me feel valued. I am very appreciative for her efforts.

As an 80 year old lifelong apartment dweller, I can say without reservation, the AMLI River Oaks staff from management to maintenance, is the best I have experienced in my long lifetime! The amenities from the weight room to the theater are super duper!
