I recently moved into this apartment community and I’m so impressed! The renovation quality is amazing and everything feels fresh, modern, and comfortable. The leasing process was incredibly smooth and stress-free—Mel was absolutely fantastic and made everything easy from start to finish. The location is super convenient with great restaurants, parks, and shops nearby, yet the community stays peaceful and quiet, which I really value. It truly feels like the perfect balance of city living and a relaxing home environment. Highly recommend living here!

I’ve lived here long enough to notice some concerning trends that don’t reflect the “luxury” image this property promotes. Recently, residents received an official message from management about used condoms being found throughout the community. While it’s good they finally addressed it, the fact that such a notice was necessary says a lot about the current state of upkeep and resident behavior. It’s not just a one-time issue — there have been recurring problems with litter in breezeways and around common areas, including unsanitary items that shouldn’t be anywhere near a residential community. For the rent being charged, residents deserve a consistently clean and well-maintained property. The communication from the office was professional, but it’s disappointing that the problem had to escalate to this point. Management needs to increase community standards, add security or patrols, and maintain the property more diligently. If you’re thinking about moving in, I’d strongly recommend visiting the property at different times of day and checking the breezeways, pool, and garage areas yourself. The location is convenient, but the environment doesn’t currently live up to the price tag or the brand reputation Cortland claims to uphold.
