They create work orders that you don't know anything about. And they don't tell you why. I thought the tenant creates work orders when something is wrong. I've never known an apartment complex to create a work order when nothing is wrong with the unit.

Nice Community. Location is awesome in the heart of the city. Amenities are top tier. Office staff is very helpful and very good in communicating what's going on daily. Would definitely recommend to future residents

I am a recent move-in and appreciate all of the upgrades I have experienced thus far (door lock keypad, thermostat). The office staff has been nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this community to people I know.

I would look somewhere else. Parking is a nightmare and cars get broken into. Elevator takes for ever. There was flooding and my apartment still has not been fixed. Would not renew my lease. Wish the office communicated better

For this being a mid rise across downtown, the price is great. However, getting to and from during rush hour would be a nightmare. There is also guest parking, but limited so if you're expecting visitors keep that in mind.

Skyline is in a great location. And the price is fair in my opinion. The other reviews look pretty solid. I toured with Vanessa. She was very informative and helpful. I am excited about becoming a resident here.

It was nice overall, the apartment experience is sharpened this way and it's a nice method to evaluate and get feedback from people in regards to apartments so it was nice and I felt like the proper questions were asked also.
