Sewer system along W Gray St, near corner of Waugh and W Gray, floods much easier than normal. Been here 7 years with harsher storms that didn't back up so fast. Now W Gray is completely flooded over (seen on camera) in 15 minutes - causing properties to then receive flood damages. It didn't have this issue during Harvey, Imelda, "Tax Day" or "Memorial Day" floods either, but not will light 15 minute rains.
