In the 7 months I have lived here, I have been pleasantly surprised at how drama free and peaceful it's been. Newly renovated Apts inside and out, with new kitchen appliances. Then, you have a great office and maintenance crew assisting you with any issues. I am glad that I chose Tall Timbers and I highly recommend them to all.

The only reason they have good reviews is because in August they asked tenants who ever posted the best review would win a prize jus to make them look good after others spoke the truth and made them look bad. Don't move into these apartments! I had to move out due to not being able to find job from Covid & they had no sympathy though I explained my situation and now charging me $2,700 to think I lived there 4yrs+ even after having a home invasion there & not telling tenants, having my truck broke into, multiple nights of gun shots heard outside, truck being towed once because my parking permit was expired a few days which management allows and having many days where I couldn't find parking so I had to go sleep at families houses, much less any parking for visitors. They don't do any maintenance, the walls had mold, the floors are rotted and won't fix, cabinets were broke, old appliances, leaking fridge since I moved in, they fixed my toilet and never repainted or replaced the molding and ignored any request to fix most things since the day I moved in. They hardly ever open the pool. Not a good place for family.

I am a current resident here.. First off I leave in a downstairs apartment where the people up stairs from me have NNNNNNOOOO respect that people live under them... stomping..running..walking hard..bumping ect..you name it or goes on.. no time of the day or night can't me and my kids get any rest.. I brought it to management attention nothing gets done. No parking spots.. your car will get towed in a heart beat... it's just a bad place to move and I only been here 6 months and I will not renew my contract

THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER. THERE HAS BEEN A RAT THE SIZE OF AN OPOSSUM LIVING IN MY APARTMENT SINCE WE MOVED IN. IT ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE CRAP OUTSIDE. IF YOU LIVE IN THE BACK SIDE YOU BETTER HAVE A FLASHLIGHT CAUSE THOSE LIGHTS DONT WORK. IVE LIVED HERE SINCE FEBRUARY AND ITS BEEN THE WORST 6 MONTHS OF MY LIFE. THE NEIGHBORS ARE RUDE. MAINTENANCE DOESNT GIVE AN F ABOUT WHAT YOU NEED. MY A/C HAS BEEN BROKEN DOWN TWICE, MY CAR HAS BEEN TOWED 3 TIMES. THERE IS NO PARKING HERE LET ME TELL YOU UPFRONT. I HATE THIS PLACE, SO CALLED CLEAN GROUNDS AND SPARKING POOL MY ---. I'VE NEVER GONE TO THE POOL CAUSE ITS ALWAYS EITHER DIRTY, CLOSED, OR FULL OF PEOPLE WITH WEAPONS. (YES THE COPS HAD TO BE CALED) I WISH I COULD SAY GOOD THINGS ABOUT TALL TIMBERS BUT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING COMES TO MIND. F TALL TIMBERS AND THEIR OVER PRICED RENT.

I have lived here for about 2 1/2 years now and where do I start. First, the office staff is rude and does not pay attention to the needs of their tenants. The apartments has roaches coming from out the walls and it does not matter how much you clean or keeps your house clean. The roaches will still come and the front doors is not the right size so other bugs can crawl right underneath your door. There has been several break-ins and vehicle steal it's like every other week if not every week you get an alert on your door. The overall apartment complex needs a total make over I WILL NOT MOVE HERE IF I WAS YOU ! BEWARE OF ROACHES !!!

I have lived here for almost a year and i can't not wait for my lease to be up. I would rather live under a bridge before i ever sign a contact with these apartments. Maintance is awful and rude., apartments are so old., the apartment upstairs flooded and i got mold all over my clothes and shoes. I been having roaches for the past 3 months., the office staff like the manager are rude and have a really bad attitude. There is not enough parking if you get here past 7 its hard to find a parking available. They have so many reserved parking. there is no security, the guy next door got broken into. Overall i don't recommend it, its not worth it. Staff is awful.

I've been living here for almost a year now and I got to say I'm pretty disappointed and I reject so bad signing a year contract with them. The have poor management, they treat you with a friendly attitude, yes, but they also treat you like if you were stupid when it comes to maintenance issues or complaining about noisy neighbors. The apartments are old, my apartment has flooded twice and also you can hear everything thats your neighbors are doing, the parking lot is always an issue, its not clean and also the pavement is full of holes!! The front gates sometimes they don't work and take them forever to fix them, gardens look good only in the front part of the complex, I like this area but I really dislike this apartment complex. Make sure you check every detail before you sign your leasing contract.

I've been living at Tall Timbers for a little over a year. I haven't had any issues since I've been here. Anytime I've put in a maintenance request they take care of it quickly but you have to make sure they actually fixed the problem before they leave or you'll have to put in another request. The office staff are professional, nice, and friendly. I think the playground needs to be redone. Kids have written things all over the place. The pool is pretty nice. Visitors parking is in the back. So if you live in the front your visitors will have to park in the back and walk. If you come home late you might not have a place to park unless you pay a monthly fee for a reserved parking spot. You have to follow the parking rules or your car will be towed. You also have to have a parking sticker. I think most apartments are getting strict on the parking though. It's pretty quiet around here. I think you can check out movies from the lobby area, I never go in there so I'm not positive. You can also hangout and watch tv. They have activities for the kids throughout the month (i.e. movie, games). They send out a monthly calendar so you can know what activities are on what day. Overall I enjoy living here and I don't plan on moving any time soon, except to get a bigger apartment. I would recommend if you don't feel that the parking is that big of a deal(I don't, but that's probably because I stay in the very back by the visitors parking lol)
