This is one of the worst places in Houston to live. People have been shot, and killed out there. There are drug dealers on the corner. It takes the maintenance people months to fix anything, and all they do is patch it up. A lot of drunks walking around, and leaving beer cans, and bottles around. People fighting our parking spaces. They split the electricity between the units so even if you don't use a lot of power, it doesn't matter if your neighbor did. You'll be paying for their power too. If you don't pay the rent in full the first week they cut your power off. The washer is in the closet, and the dryer is on the balcony/porch. There is a huge bat, and roach problem. Stay away from Piccadilly Place Apartments.

Ready for Huge line of event? Cars broken into about 3-4 times per month. You can get tape from cameras but no use if they look like baby monitor quality. Maintenance crew working half the time well most. Have to call office every week to remind of a problem until it gets done a month later unless theres water all over your home. Gangs roaming the hallways/parking lots/dumpsters/ no security. Thiefs walking after 11:00 pm with stolen goods. if it's not gangs hangin out 1 day outside it's drunks hanging with loud music in their cars. People/kids burning tire in already pot hole infested street and very unsafe to kids playing outside. No longer do kids go outside in bikes compared to last year. Bat infested roof tops and management will not do a thing about it. Thiefs steal car in broad daylight and you can tell because they're speeding across street and ramm the gate wide open. It already got car rammed 5 times. 2 times the car was getting chased by rival gangsters pointing guns at each other. Parking lot FULL after 7 pm and sundays forget about it.
