Water Main - Water Leak
I made an earlier report (763349) on mold in my apartment. Piccadilly Place Apartments then agreed to move us to a new unit at a higher rent with "brand new appliances" and free of mold. We had to wait until Friday before being able to see the place. There were not brand new appliances, but a scratched up old stove and old refrigerator. Additionally, the washing machine connection was leaking, I found a roach on the fridge in the kitchen, and the place had a strong smell of paint which I found s
