Great place to live, quiet, spacious, good maintenance, pet friendly, good treatment from management, security, places to recharge electric cars. We really like living here. I would recommend it to others who wish to live in a pleasant place and enjoy the proximity of good schools, restaurants, bars, near the Texas Medical Center and quick incorporation to highways if necessary.

Awesome office staff! Tiffany was the person who was here on my first visit and did all she could to make me feel good about the location and the layout of the apartment that was available for my move in date. She went out of her way to make sure I saw the model that was just like my apartment. On move in day , Naomi answered all my questions and made me feel very welcomed.

Love everything about my apartment except the doors of entry where key fobs are require aren't working to stay locked. My main reason to live here was for the security. I needed a place of security to come home to.

I had an enjoyable move-in. I like the community, location is amazing. I would definitely recommend this complex to a friend. Beautiful lobby and resort style pool. My most favorite is the walkability, braeswood bayou.

Everything is going good thus far . I recently moved in to the unit and maintenance has been prompt in fulfilling my request . The property is relatively quiet and I love the accessibility to the highway

So far everything has turned out as expected but process took a bit longer but still turned out just as great. One main issue for my roommate and I is the clubhouse hours are very inconvenient and frustrating. By the time we get off and get comfortable, the common areas we are paying for are closed. I understand it is because their is no office staff present but we are clearly adults paying to live here. People are off on the weekends and I can't enjoy my Sunday in my own building.

Great place to live. Would recommend to anyone. Very quiet and clean. Very close to schools and shopping. I Hope to stay for a long time. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Parking can be a little tough at times but overall it's workable.

Great location, price is reasonable for the layout and quality of the apartment and complex. Friendly staff and community. Parking garage is well lit with plenty of spaces for everyone. Hall ways are always the right temperature. Apartment is well insulated stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter with very minimum effort from hvac. Full size washer and dryer is amazing. Rent increase was minimal year to year.

Excellent support by Ms. Elena during the entire process. Managerial staff should be comparatively easily accessible to discuss and resolve the issues. Managerial staff had given more time to their own meeting instead of listening to the customer/tenent issues. Waiting time in lobby is more than expected from leasing team. Managerial staff should share their contact numbers also.

The apartments are nice but do not live in the apartments nearest stairwell F (connects the living hallways to the garage) on any floor. Your 2nd bedroom does not get cool EVER - literally 10-15 degrees warmer at all times! I was told by maintenance that that's just how it is, the duct work doesn't allow the air to push to the second bedroom. Just imagine how hot is in there. My 15 year old son sleeps in the living room. We're moving as soon as lease is up because this is not ok to have a teen sleeping in the living room because his bedroom deduct work is useless!!
