I've been living here since May of 2017. And it has always been such a great place to live. Quiet, well maintained and great/fast service from management and maintenance. Never had any problems with the apt, not even with bugs. I definitely recommend these apartments.

To the office staff THANKS for all the work done during the 25 years living here. Love the neighborhood, except for the crime, but that is everywhere, and management keep us informed, always; also we have all around areas we can walk our doggies. GRACIAS to ALL(old and new) staff/friends and neighbors/friends. I can say that I surely recommend you. GOD BLESS

We moved here 2 months ago. We love the location of the apartments! Most of all we are appreciative of the attention and care of the staff. They are friendly and informative. We hope to stay here for a long time to come.

Great experience but not enough washers and dryers. There are always issues with the washers here. They don't work correctly and there is always a need to have them fixed. It is a hassle. Staff is great except for some questionable women.... ladies of the night perhaps?

This is a hidden gem! Small, well maintained, quiet, older complex. People move in and stay! Rented an apartment there for two years. Lived in two different apartments. Apartments are clean, location is safe and is part of a neighborhood. Rooms are large. Kitchen and bathroom are small and appliances are older but well maintained. Easy access to 610 and Med Center. Management is responsive and takes excellent care of tenants. Would highly recommend..

Since 2009, i have lived in several apartments in Houston which as good, but Meyerland Court is very much apart from them in so many ways. The location is very safe and accessible to grocery/ retail stores, financial institution, restaurants. Its a place for people who have certain level of reservation when making residential decision and quality of service in terms of management/ staff interaction with residence as well as responses to issues raised. All concerns raised are treated with all seriousness it deserves and in a timely manner. The apartments are well maintained, If you love a good and quite place to reside to raise your children, then Meyerland Court is the right place to be. My son rides his bike around the complex without complain from any resident, the pool is awesome and well treated as recommended, i cant wait for summer....

This was the best place I've ever lived in, I rented a two bedroom apartment for one year and then renewed for another year. All staff are highly professional and amazingly friendly. Stephanie and Krystal are very caring and I felt their warm welcome through out my lease term. Maintenance staff are very responsive and they always show up on time. The apartment complex is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to a Walmart store. Neighbors are very quite and friendly, you can make friends easily in this place. I highly recommend this place and hope you enjoy your stay as I did :).

I loved everything about this place except for the crime. Tires are being stolen constantly off cars. Sadly security doesn't improve after these events. Besides that everything else was great! Staff at this apartment are amazing. Wish security was improved and lighting at night in the parking lot.

My husband and I rented a 1B/1B at Meyerland Court for 4 months while we renovated our home in the Westbury area. The funny thing is, I had it in my head that we needed to rent over in Meyerland area but I was dumbfounded at the cost of some of those units. I am so glad that we decided to go with Meyerland Court for a multitude of reasons: 1) The office staff, especially Stephanie, was beyond fabulous 2) The maintenance folks responded immediately, I never had to place a second call 3) The grounds were maintained every week without fail and finally 4) The complex is small but it had a very community/neighborly feel. I would absolutely and without a second thought rent here again. Although I am thrilled to be back in our home, I miss the friendly faces of the friends that we made. Thank you Stephanie for making Meyerland Court our home away from home, even for the short time we were there.

I have lived here at Meyerland Court for almost 5 years. I love my apt and patio!! If I wasn't moving out of the city, I would be renewing my lease again. Stephanie was the Asst Mgr when I leased here. She was terrific. Now she is the manager!! I was so happy when they made that change. She is wonderful. Addresses all your needs and is always so friendly. She always calls me by name. It makes me feel like a neighbor instead of a tenant. I have only had a couple of maintenance requests and they were fixed the same day unless it was too late. Then they were fixed the next day. If I move back to Houston, this is where I'll come back home to!!
