I transacted the leasing process while I was living in California. The manager, Patty, is professional, courteous and patient. The property is quiet and very well maintained. Maintenance reqquests are handled expeditiously, and emergency after-hours requests are responded to within 15 minutes.

What a difference a new manager can make! Patty is mature and quick to respond. I love how quiet the complex is and I have great neighbors. It says I have to write 200 characters so I am getting to the 200

Manager Patty is awesome. Love the neighborhood great shopping and the people are very nice. Nice restaurants close to Meyerland shops. My holidays were quiet and welcoming my neighbors are very nice also

Scam, fraud and mold. Flood zone. Don't rent here unless you want your stuff destroyed by a flood. They lie about it to your face but this is a flood zone. Mold comes through the walls shortly after you move in because of pure flood repair. They will also try to scam you out of your deposit because they are broke. All positive reviews are done by paid employees. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

The complex floods in multiple places, the air conditioning units leak into the closets, and the pipes burst and cause the ceilings to collapse. Black mold is everywhere. This place is gross, and there is no attempt to fix anything.

I love my home. The community is quiet and well kept, the floor plans are spacious for the one bedrooms, the location is prime for us if you need to get anywhere fast , and the team is full of the friendliest and most helpful people I can imagine. Most importantly, I feel safe. I have thoroughly enjoyed my one bedroom and yard area. Visitors are always impressed with how quiet my place is, and there are plenty of parking options. Oh, and the emergency maintenance, and pool are a big plus! The community is so peaceful and nice . The ambiance from trees rustling and cicadas. I look forward to continuing living here. Thank you, team for making my time at so enjoyable!

I don't normally write reviews, but I am going to make an exception today. I moved here from my house in early 2009 after 20 years of home ownership the upkeep of my home got to be to much. I found this place on green sheets if you can believe. Living in an apartment took some adjustment, so used to doing everything on my own. But not having to worry about keeping up with my yard or fixing things was the biggest relief. I've been totally happy here mostly in part to the wonderful staff and maintenance crew who have made living here the most pleasant experience!!! I want to thank you for always providing courteous and professional service the few times I have had to called. I think I may stay a while longer. I can't imagine moving from here. I can say my experience has been a good.

Great location, experienced management team and hardworking maintenance crew. You can almost got everything from the stores nearby. Walmart is 2 mins walking distance, Meyerland shopping area a 10 minute drive, so convenient! The staff, is very friendly, kind and fast response since day one. The maintenance of my area was always cleaned. The employees at this property are very hard working. Definitely would recommend if you need a quiet home.

I just re-signed for my 2nd year at the and have greatly enjoyed living here. The building is in a good location not to crowded, no issues with neighbors and their maintenance team has been spot on. The big difference for me has been the leasing staff ---- I was initially given a tour of the community by her and she is still with the property to this day. She has been a great resource whether I have questions about payments, packages, apartment events and much more. She's made this feel like home and thus the reason I'm going on year two.

We have lived here since July 2014. Very friendly environment and professional Manager. They explained the rules and expectations, some of which people should already know (i.e. Putting your trash inside the dumpsters, being mindful that you/your visitors are not disturbing your neighbors, etc...). The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable as well. There are updates and renovations occurring but without the price increase most places immediately pass on to their tenants. Whenever we needed anything, it is taken care of either the same day or the next business day. The complex is located near freeways, grocery/fast food stores, as well as having the Metrobus if you decide not to drive. It is safe here no matter what time of day or night you leave or arrive home. It is quiet and very peaceful.
