The amenities, including well-maintained pools, a clubroom, and a fitness center, truly set Greenhouse apart. As Apartment Life Coordinators we take pride in creating enjoyable events for our residents, and this week, we have an upcoming karaoke event. One resident recently expressed how much she appreciates the opportunity to connect with neighbors, making it more than just a place to sleep at night. Additionally, there are amenities like a dog park and a convenient dog washing station. The bike storage is a fascinating feature and also electric vehicle charging stations. Lived here 2 years now and love my apt., rent rate, neighbors and office management who have always been very helpful. Rates are very competitive to surrounding properties of same scale. Open designs, large floor plans and would definitely consider the Towne homes for a 3 bdrm! I give it 5 stars as My overall experience living here.

My experience was very good, I will refer a friend a two. The apartment is nice and it's very quiet. The staff is very professional and courteous. The entire experience was overall exceptional, Yhe location is nice as well.

Si far so good I've only been here for a month, I can't give wide opinions so far, I hope everything is as good as it has been until now. Areas are clean except for dog poop which is not for the staff to blame but for the tenants that have dogs

This apartment is very quiet, everyone is friendly. Definitely recommend this to anyone starting. The area is very centered and secured. This is the most beautiful place we visited in the area. Staff was helpful

Everything has been smooth sailing and completely happy with the front office staff from move in to maintenance requests. There is always someone available and they follow up if there is a missed contact. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly and effectively. No complaints !

Great updated units with two nice pools and a renovated workout room. They have a package receiving system that keeps your larger packages safe; I have had one package stolen that was left at the door. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance workers are quick to respond to most requests I've added. Overall a good place to live thus far.

This community has gone through so many management teams. My rent has gone up like 200.00 dollars I guess because we have to suffer with inflation. I think our buildings would look good if they were painted when you drive by you just see touch up paint all over the buildings that don't match. I have complained about my garage window needing to be fixed since 2020 and nothing still has been done I was told we have to wait on a bid to see who can do the work for the cheapest price. We had security at one time and than I guess they let the security go. The new office staff and maintenance team a really good I like them. Overall I would say this property is a 7 out of 10.
