All office staff responsive and helpful. Maintenance very helpful as well. No complaints with staff at all. I did feel kitchen cleaning could have been better but overall, Apt was clean and appliances clean as well. Very quiet apt. Have yet to hear any neighbors, which is a huge bonus.

Convenient location with a beautiful look and quality, modern amenities. The dtaff is always wonderful and courteous. Concierge services are helpful. Maintenance requests are completed timely. Communications are timely, succinct, and respectful from management staff.

We have been extremely happy with the Venue Museum District. The staff is always courteous and welcoming. We moved here for its convenience to the Texas Medical Center and we have not been disappointed. We love it here.

Amazing apartment and community! The location is perfect. I love all the amenities and the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. Glenda and Chelsea are amazing. It was mostly the good vibe I got when I toured with Chelsea that influenced my decision to move here. I was amazed especially that she knew everyone's name ! She even always asks me about my cats and even remembers their names. The apartments are beautiful with very nice finishes and gourmet kitchens! We just had a state of the art gym remodel and it is fabulous! Love living here.

There have been ups and downs with changes of ownership and management. The current management has been improving everything and is very responsive. The location and the apartments are really good. The only possible issue is noise from Mo Betta Brews and possibly from the new event site on Southmore (not yet open)

Great location near Hermann Park, Museums. Place is well kept, the new management team - the best. Management, Maintenance, Concierge, Cleaning Teams are all so responsive and are always courteous everyone does their best.

I've lived at the Venue for 5 years and consider it my home. The location is everything I desire in an urban community including access to museums, restaurants, churches and parks. During it's first year of ownership of the Venue, Haven has greatly improved the property and the services, and the management team is the best it has been.

It was great when I moved in. Then when Willowick took over management things got absolutely awful. Now that Haven is the management things are getting better but some things still need to be addressed

I absolutely love this community. The staff is amazing! The amenities are top notch. I absolutely love living here and would recommend it to anyone. They truly deeply care about their residents. Glenda and Chelsea are the best. The concierge and security go over and above to help and make us feel safe and valued. I love Venue
