Excellent maintenance, management, amenities and landscape services. The apartment is very acceptable with minimal noise except for units by the pool. 10pm pool and patio closing time is not enforced, unfortunately.

So far I have absolutely no complaints! The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are friendly and professional & they get the work done in a very proficient manner. In my opinion 2nd to none. The grounds are very well kept year round.

So far it has been great. I love my apartment, the space, the fact that it has an office area which is great because I work remotely. The staff is amazing, helpful, supportive, very friendly. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

So far it's been pretty good. Quiet community, I just moved in mid March 2023. The only 2 things I noticed is that no one picks up their dogs poop and people set their trash bags out for pick up instead of in the provided trash can.

Initially a great quiet place to live. Over the years the surrounding areas have been populated. Noise is now an issue on campus and surrounding areas. The security gates don't always work. Other resistants don't pick up after their animals. The trash pick up cost $45 a month but the trash isn't picked up daily. Great maintenance staff!

My apartment is still full of bedbugs, I have not heard from the decision they made with pest control since pest control was twice and they did not give a solution to the flea in the office exactly one week ago, he agreed to call me back to tell me what solution they were going to take with my apartment and they were going to change the air conditioning filter so that all that liquid that I Pest-control did not follow my apartment since I told him that I had an allergy since they poured the liquids and they have not given him either solution, the coordination to solve the problems is definitely terrible, even when I complained to the central office there is no solution for my problem, I am tired of asking for help and that you do not care about my situation.

I've lived here since the property was new.. it is a large property. The staff do a great job with it. I have no problem referring people here. It is a little pricey. But the property has a good location and staff. You get what you pay for.

The experience here is good so far, the gate code doesn't work for some reason and the back gate seems to not work as well. If coming home late sometimes there isn't parking which I don't see how that happens, perhaps do to guest?
