Pros: The only pro this building has is the size of its apartments. Cons: With over 150 violations, save yourself time and money. Go elsewhere. Mice, roaches, bedbugs, no gas, poor sanitation, mold, loud music playing and constant crowds. Advice to landlord: Make necessary repairs
