The units look freshly updated on the surface, but the quality of the renovations is disappointing and shoddy. The lobby has experienced multiple water damage issues that mgmt repeatedly covers up with paint instead of fixing. Homeless individuals (one camped in the building entrance and another on the interior staircase) are regularly present inside the building- I've notified both mgmt and the super multiple times, yet they refuse to enhance security measures or take action. The shared spaces aren't well-maintained - residents smoking in stairwells, littering in the elevator and on stairs. Security standards are weak- mail and packages go missing, residents carelessly let in anyone who asks, and the main entrance frequently stays broken or wedged open. I'm counting down the days until our lease expires in 6 months. Restore the lobby to acceptable condition and address the homeless individuals loitering inside. As a female tenant arriving at the building after dark, it feels unsafe. They need to make a real effort to retain quality residents.
