The basement has laundry facilities and the structure accepts pets. The elevator functions well and water pressure is okay. Yet, the super is hostile and confrontational. He refuses to respond to emergencies on Sundays and is generally unreachable despite residing on-site. The structure itself is aging, and mgmt funds renovations through unexpected mid-lease rent hikes. Water intrusions plague the interior, and numerous fire code violations go unaddressed—mgmt simply paints over problems repeatedly. Any repairs that do occur use the lowest quality materials and cut every possible corner. Windows lack proper insulation, making indoor temperatures mirror outdoor conditions exactly. Heat and Harm water shutdowns occur regularly throughout winter months. Residents have dealt with persistent rodent infestations lasting months in both common areas and individual units. The laundry equipment is unreliable (avoid washing costly items) and operates on restricted hours. Positioning adjacent to the park creates constant sound pollution, particularly during warmer months if your unit faces the street. There's constant foot traffic, drug use visible in stairwells, and a neighbor vacated after being threatened and physically attacked by two individuals using in the structure. Mold is present. This property needs Natest ownership—someone competent and responsible. Current conditions are unsuitable and hazardous.
