Pros: Unit itself (studio) was cute and updated. Cons: Very poor management, rats, unsafe door, noise, major rent increase despite low quality Advice to landlord: I believe the property owner has since changed, but at the time, my advice would have been to hire better management (and more broadly, to care about the living conditions of your tenants, but that’s a losing battle).
