Pros: Apartment has good space. Short hallways. Garbage situation is good. Cons: No elevator and the door some times messes up. Advice to landlord: Quicker response to maintenance request

Pros: Cleanliness. The supers are pretty on top of making sure the lobby and front of building is clean Cons: The tenants are not always self aware and will make a lot of noise late at night
