Expect leaks Garbage outside is so infested with rats you can’t walk in

Pros: This building was amazing to live in. We had a great super and it was in a very fun area. My neighbors were nice and respectful. The apartment was roomy and sunlit. I really enjoyed my time there! Cons: We had some mice problems, but this is very typical of NYC and also they did send an exterminator to check it out for us and help us.

Pros: - Large units with good sized rooms - Full size fridge and stove - Fairly quiet neighbors - Very well heated in the winter - Live in, responsive super Cons: - Some roaches

Pros: My bathroom. Windows provide plenty of natural light. Cons: Unprofessional management. Landlord to tenant harassment. Apartment often wreaks of cigarette smoke from neighboring units. Advice to landlord: Please do maintenance on the bathroom that the other roommates used before they vacated. It’s disgusting. Also, cancel the petition. I would like to have new roommates once it’s safe to do a completed occupancy renewal. And waive any fees as a Covid-19 relief courtesy.
