Pros: I love the elevator, and the area as the hospital is close and I work at the hospital Cons: Elevator always out, the mailbox half are open, my buzzer doesn’t work, overpriced rent, the super is rude, nothing ever…

Pros: new appliances; spacious. nice neighbors. Cons: horrible management company. many times without hot water. roaches! Advice to landlord: your residents deserve hot water
