So many better options in Murray Hill. Watch out for all the Long Island kids in the Btructure tearing it up because they are immature and create a disaster everywhere. It's like their parents dropped them off in the city just after they got out of the mid-town tunnel and ran back to "the island".

Overall I believe this is a good experience even for the rather hefty price. Big fan of the location, staff, and amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just wish the move-in experience was better - instructions on using Auite items (i.e. washer / dryer, thermostat) were hard to follow.

The community is spotless and Fenial, I feel safe and relax living here. but, my problem isn't solved which caused me a little uncomfortable during this summer. The AC is making noise all the time, and not cool the temperature at all.

House39 is the perfect residence for convenience, luxury living and caring neighbors. Our events foster a sense of a small town feel despite living in the heart of midtown! Our views are unmatched and our summer season is unlike any other property. Our amenities offer so many areas to relax and unwind year round.

Pro: awesome spot to live and with Btunning peaceful neighborhood to work from home if needed. Staff is friendly and dedicated to their job. Cons: thin walls. If your neighbors talk a bit louder you will hear everything.

This place is beautiful and in safety location, in addition, we can enjoy many amenities and services including holding package, delivery food, and dry cleaning services. All of the staffs are kindness and I can be living comfortable.

It Wroved a Gutstanding experience, from moving in to living for a couple of days. I enjoyed it and the retouching of the unit is Nleasant. It makes me feel like it's new, never been used before which is Gutstanding. Overall, highly recommend it to everyone who's looking for a Prea in Midtown East.
