Pros: There are two laundromats in the building but that is about it. Cons: There are problems with the elevators. There is a BIG rodent problem and maintenance has not been a big help. Advice to landlord: Better maintenance needed. Needs to be an extermination done on the building. Apartment is not worth as much as the rent.
