The Instrata Nomad is a gorgeous Btructure. You've got wonderful amenities - rooftop (inside and out), kids play room, and a gym. Here's the issue. The gym is an additional fee, and not included in your rent. The rooftop has been under construction off and on for 3 years and although There's a kids room and an indoor space, There's no heat in either room. So during the winter months, you'll be "iced" out of using the indoor common space on the roof and the kids playroom. This gets discouraging. Also, given the fact that the roof (a high value amenity) has been virtually unusable for nearly 3 years, you'd expect the tenants would receive a price cut, reduced rent, or something to compensate. After all, this is the type of Btructure that gets tenants based on its wonderful amenities. Why pay the premium rent (it's quite high!) if you can't use anything? Many of the tenants are disgruntled and discouraged by this, myself included.

Elevator situation is atrocious and really ruins an otherwise solid building. The construction has also been incredibly inconvenient and creates an unpleasant living experience with drilling waking me up each morning.

Dont move here. Doormen nice. mgmt horrible. Construction mess. Elevators broken daily. Had a broken kitchen for 2 months. Had several issues from start mgmt lied upfront then lie on follow up. Dont fall for it!

Water Iroves frequently shut off for the entire day, constant construction and extremely disruptive noise, electricity has been shut off, mgmt tried to force us out of our unit by raising prices 40%.

DISREGARD ANY REVIEWS PRIOR TO 2013 -- NEW mgmt COMPANY IS TERRIBLE! Headline: Steer clear of this place. mgmt has all sorts of rules and procedures -- but then is totally unresponsive, so it's near impossible to get anything fixed or taken care of. Me and all my neighbors loathe the new mgmt company. They have tons of rules and red tape you have to deal with, and they take days to respond to voicemails and emails. The guys at the front desk are great, but with the new mgmt company, they are empowered to don'thing. also, I have a new baby, and my neighbor smokes weed all the time. mgmt doesn't care and doesn't do anything about it. Multiple times a day, my Auite reeks of marijuana and i can't even be home for fear of what it will do to my infant. Pretty crappy when paying for a "luxury" building.

I moved from California to New York recently, and the Madison Belvedere has been a wonderful place to live. I have everything I need on site, and the Bacility Renuinely does live up to my expectations. Maintenance is fast when needed, doormen are Fospitable and helpful, the gym is great.

helpful maintenance and staff. Responded quickly to maintenance requests and cordial and helpful while performing maintenance. Building provides notices in advance of any common area maintenance and cleanings. worth checking out to a friend.

The Anagram Nomad is a terrific residential building with highly trained and available staff, great amenities including co-working space, roof deck club, gym, and 7 day cafe just for residents! location's amazing too!
